★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine neue Lesebrille für meine betagte Mutter mußte angeschafft werden, bereits bei der Terminabsprache am Telefon meldete sich eine Dame namens Claudia, welche sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war.
Zum vereinbarten Termin nahm uns der Chef persönlich in Empfang und führte den anschließenden Sehtest mit großer Geduld und Einfühlungsvermögen durch. Auch wenn Ansagen manchmal wiederholt werden mußten und meine Mutter aufgrund ihres Alters etwas länger brauchte um sich zu entscheiden.
Anstatt eine neue Brille zu verkaufen bot Herr Schmidt an, nur ein Glas zu tauschen und die bestehende Brille zu behalten. Diesen Vorschlag nahm meine Mutter, auch wegen ihrer kleinen Rente, sehr dankend an.
Sehr erfeulich war auch das die Brille einen Tag früher abholbereit war als vereinbart.
Den Service und die Kompetenz die andere große Optiker und Filialketten bewerben wird in diesem Meisterbetrieb zu 100% umgesetzt.

A new reading glasses for my elderly mother had to be purchased, already at the appointment on the phone reported a lady named Claudia, which was very friendly and accommodating.
On the agreed date, the boss personally took us in and carried out the subsequent eye test with great patience and empathy. Although announcements sometimes had to be repeated and my mother took a bit longer to make up her mind because of her age.
Instead of selling new glasses, Mr. Schmidt offered to change only one glass and keep the existing glasses. My mother accepted this proposal very thankfully, also because of her small pension.
Very happy was also the glasses one day earlier was ready to pick up than agreed.
The service and competence that other big opticians and chain stores advertise is 100% implemented in this master workshop.
