★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Einstellen einer Brille, welche NICHT in diesem Betrieb gekauft wurde, wird vom "Fachoptiker" mit einer spürbaren Überheblichkeit erledigt. Die Aussage. "Das kann man auch selber machen. Und sollte ER die Brille bei der Einstellarbeit beschädigen, so jage er den Kunden damit hinaus!" bedarf keinem weiteren Kommentar! Ich hoffe potenzielle Kunden werden nicht in jeder Ohrenhofer- Filiale so behandelt. ( Werter Herr Geschäftsstellenleiter! "LEIDER" ist im Handel JEDER ein potenzieller Kunde)
The adjustment of glasses, which was NOT bought in this company, is done by the "specialist optician" with a noticeable arrogance. The statement. "You can do that yourself too, and if HE damages his glasses during the adjustment work, he'll chase the customer out of it!" needs no further comment! I hope that potential customers are not treated like this in every Ohrenhofer branch. (Dear Mr. Branch Manager! "LEIDER" is a potential customer in the trade EVERYONE)
