★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my car in their service this morning for a regular yearly service, asked for a price estimation for which they said they don`t know, then 2 hours later they called me and forced me to agree over phone call to a 1300euro bill which I didn`t understand exactly what it is for because it was only communicated over the phone, but I think it is only for normal car service [oil and filter change] plus a break change. 650euro for a Yearly Car Service is completely ridiculous!
I called back and tried to get them to send me the detailed list of products and work needed so I can see what I`m agreeing to pay for, but they said that they can`t do that and that I have to wait for the final bill [after the fact] to see that information. It`s not normal to be forced to accept a service without knowing what you`re paying for.
I will update this review after I get my car back, but probably my next steps will be to contact a lawyer and/or VKI/any other konsummer schultz institutions because this kind of treatment is ridiculous and the fact that I have to use their overpriced and low quality services to keep the warranty is abusive.
