★ ★ ★ ★ ★ öffnungszeit bis 18h, aber um 16.45h is schon rien ne va plus, charmbolzen sind´s auch grad keine (=kundenorientierung ist noch nicht ganz durchgedrungen!) ... daun ned & nie wieder
opening time until 6pm, but at 4.45pm it's already rien ne va plus, there aren't any charm bolts right now (= customer orientation hasn't quite penetrated yet!) ... not there & never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Kauf wurde eine von den Schrauben für die Winterreifen vergessen mitzugeben. Becken wir ohne große Anstalten oder Diskussion obwohl der Kauf min 2 Monate vergangen ist. Auch beim Kauf gab es überhaupt keine Probleme.
When buying one of the screws for the winter tires was forgotten. We basin without much effort or discussion even though the purchase has passed at least 2 months. There were no problems at all with the purchase either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter Erfahrungen von opel Leopoldau heute. Die alte Dame vorne war sehr wütend und nicht erlaubt mit Mechaniker reden ohne Termin. Ich habe ein gutes Vertrauen von Opel.Ich habe vieles mal bei denen Service und Pickerl gemacht und meine Auto auch habe ich beim selben Filiale gekauft. Nie wieder Opel beyschlag..Toller Team.
Very bad experience from opel Leopoldau today. The old lady in the front was very angry and not allowed to talk to the mechanic without an appointment. I have a good trust from Opel. I have done service and stickers many times with them and I also bought my car at the same branch. Never again Opel beyschlag.. great team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a car accident near Wien. After discussion with the Opel & Beyschlag group HQ, the insurance told us to bring the car here so the expert can come and make his work. The reception secretary has rejected us, has refused the vehicule, and called the police against us, despite the indications given by her boss and our insurance.
Great lack of human skill. Certainly only good to sell cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst car buying experience I have ever heard about.
I bought a 2010 Astra from here in June 2019 and from the very beginning I noticed that there was something wrong with the gearbox. Since then, I have had my car checked by the mechanics multiple times (5 or 6) and the mechanics refused to acknowledge the problem by saying there is nothing wrong with the car.
I have had the car inspected in other places, including 2 different ÖAMTC mechanics who have both immediately recognized that there was something wrong with the car. The second mechanic, suggested within minutes that he suspected the gearbox was damaged. Yet, even with the proof and papers from other professionals, the crew at Opel & Beyschlag refuse to acknowledge the fault and repair it.
I would not recommend buying a car from this place under any circunstances. They do not honor their side of the contract, and they refuse to repair obvious faults that everyone else is able to identify in minutes.
