★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unzumutbar !!! Wenn Puchenau nicht zum Stadtverkehr gehört (3 km Entfernung zum Hauptplatz in Linz) dann fahre ich sicher nicht zu überhöhten Preisen mit den Öffis !
Von Katzbach bis Pasching kann ich mit einer Fahrkarte reisen - von Puchenau bis Urfahr brauche ich alleine schon einen Fahrschein und dann nach Pasching noch ein 2. Ticket !!! Eine Verarsche von größtem Rang ☹️
 Unreasonable! If Puchenau is not part of the city traffic (3 km distance to the main square in Linz) then I am sure not to take the public transport at inflated prices!
I can travel from Katzbach to Pasching with one ticket - from Puchenau to Urfahr I need a ticket alone and then a second ticket to Pasching !!! A fool of the highest order ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Sohn musste von Hauptplatz dametzstaße zum HBF um seinen Anschluss bus zu bekommen
6busse fuhren dort an ihm vorbei und erst der 7te Bus hielt an.
Es war 19uhr!!!
Anschluss Bus verpasste er natürlich und musste warten...
Nicht das erste Mal..
My son had to get from the main square dametzstaße to the main station to get his connecting bus
6 buses drove past him there and only the 7th bus stopped.
It was 7pm!!!
Of course he missed the bus connection and had to wait...
Not the first time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine information dass Linien ausfallen, eine Stunde muss man in der Kälte warten, da es keinen Bus gibt den man hier für diese strecke nutzen kann. Unglaublich . Absolut nicht okay.
No information that lines are canceled, you have to wait an hour in the cold because there is no bus that you can use here for this route. Unbelievable . Absolutely not okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach toll wie auf meine Bitte hin reagiert wurde. Der Bus fährt am Mitte April nicht mehr mit einer Leerfahrt aus unserem Ort weg, sondern man kann zusteigen und kommt somit auch noch rechtzeitig zur Arbeit. Toll, dass auf Kundenhinweise reagiert und evaluiert wird. Danke an den Herrn im Infoccenter, dass er mich auch gleich informiert hat.
Just great how they responded to my request. In mid-April, the bus no longer leaves our town empty-handed, but you can get on and get to work on time. It's great that customer information is responded to and evaluated. Thanks to the gentleman in the info center for informing me right away.
