Die Preise sind halt für eine Privatperson echt heftig, aber vermutlich gerechtfertigt. Leider konnten sie meine Festplatte nicht mehr retten ? I say they definitely know what they are doing, the communication worked and the waiting times were as announced. The prices are really high for a private person, but probably justified. Unfortunately, they could no longer save my hard drive ?

Hoffe nie wieder diesen Dienst zu benötigen. Nicht gerade billig aber Qualität hat seinen Preis. Danke NAS system is running again. Of 13,499 records, 13,475 could be made available again even though both disks were "dead". Hope never to need this service again. Not exactly cheap, but quality has its price. thanks

Ich bekam ein Informationstelefonat mit einem geschätzten Preis zw. 500 & 1.500€, ein persönliches Beratungsgespräch, Diagnose nach 2 Tagen und einen Bericht. Mir sind, wie Anfangs erklärt worden, keinerlei Kosten entstanden. Sollte ich wiederholt in so eine Missere geraten, Datenträger sofort raus und direkt zur Datenrettung damit. Jetzt muss ich nur noch den Defekten Datenträger holen. Even if my data could no longer be saved from a 400GB MicroSD (not even from other companies), I rate the service offered to me here: friendly and informative. I got an information phone call with an estimated price between 500 & 1,500 €, a personal consultation, diagnosis after 2 days and a report. As was explained at the beginning, I did not incur any costs. Should I repeatedly get into such a failure, remove the data carrier immediately and use it to recover data. Now I just have to get the defective disk.
