Der Inhaber spricht mit einem auf Augenhöhe, erklärt schwierige Sachverhalte ohne zu belehren und berät, ohne einem etwas anzudrehen. Obwohl bei meinem Wagen ein teurer Tausch eines Motorbausteins möglich gewesen wäre, wurde mir nach Scannen des Fehlerspeichers davon abgeraten, die Reparatur jetzt durchzuführen. Ich wurde hingewiesen auf was ich achten solle, ehe eine Reparatur fällig sei. Dieses Niveau an Beratung und die Preis-Leistung ist hervorragend. Könnte ich 6 Sterne geben, würde ich es tun. I have seldom felt in such good hands as at Only Auto Service. The owner speaks to you on an equal footing, explains difficult issues without teaching and advises without turning something to you. Although an expensive replacement of an engine module would have been possible in my car, after scanning the error memory, I was advised not to carry out the repair now. I was advised of what to look out for before repairs are due. This level of advice and the price-performance ratio is excellent. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
