The OMV petrol station in the Steingötter-Straße is my house petrol station, here I like to go for fuel and car-washing. Friendly and nice service complete the positive atmosphere. Here I feel comfortable and reserved. ???

A clean gas station, friendly cash desk staff. Since it is close to my house, I always buy gas here. I am satisfied with your service. It's super to have a bankomat inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spannende Art einen Kunden zu behandeln: nachdem ich freundlich nach einem Kaffee to go gefragt habe, habe ich heute morgen von der reichlich überforderten Dame hinter dem Tresen die rüde Antwort: "geht jetzt nix Kaffee!!! " bekommen.
Ich weiß schon, dass Kaffee nicht das Kerngeschäft von Tankstellen ist aber sorry, wenn man es nicht handeln kann, dass mehr als drei Kunden im Laden sind, dann sollte man sich einen anderen Job suchen.
Aber ok, ich habe mir immerhin satte 3,10 Euro für einen Kaffee im Pappbecher erspart.
Der eine Stern ist für die sehr saubere Toilette. Immerhin....
An exciting way to treat a customer: after I asked kindly for a coffee to go, this morning I got the rude answer from the overburdened lady behind the counter: "Nothing coffee is possible now !!!"
I already know that coffee is not the core business of petrol stations, but sorry, if you can't handle the fact that there are more than three customers in the store, then you should look for another job.
But ok, at least I saved a whopping 3.10 euros for a coffee in a paper cup.
One star is for the very clean toilet. After all....
