Sobald man die Routex zieht und zu verstehen gibt, dass man damit zahlen will, verdrehen die genervten Mitarbeiterinnen die Augen und fangen an zu schnaufen, weil sie dafür das Kartenterminal wechseln müssen. Die Laune bekommt man als Kunde dann aber auch deutlich zu spüren! Besser woanders tanken. Als Premium Diesel Kunde muss ich mir das nicht antun. Gerade heut morgen wieder erlebt. Routex customers undesirable !!! Business customers with a Routex fuel card should avoid this petrol station. As soon as you pull out the Routex and indicate that you want to pay with it, the annoyed employees roll their eyes and start panting because they have to change the card terminal to do so. As a customer, you can clearly feel the mood! Better to refuel elsewhere. As a Premium Diesel customer, I don't have to do that to myself. Just experienced again this morning.

Wir wollten bei der Durchreise etwas zu essen kaufen und uns in das Bistro setzen, leider wurde das EU-Covid Zertifikat von der sehr unfreundlichen und schlecht gelaunten Dame an der Kasse nicht anerkannt. Habe mich nach dieser Erfahrung explizit dagegen entschieden hier auch noch zu tanken und bin noch ein wenig weiter zu der Shell gefahren. Petrol station looks clean at first glance. We wanted to buy something to eat as we passed through and sit in the bistro, unfortunately the EU Covid certificate was not recognized by the very unfriendly and bad-tempered lady at the checkout. After this experience I decided against it to refuel here and drove a little further to the Shell.
