Ordentliche Antworten Fehlanzeige! Habe heute Storniert und kaufe bei anderem Händler! Order not received from July until today (although delivery time 2 weeks). The delivery date is always postponed by one week. Employees unfriendly and annoyed. No proper answers! Canceled today and buy from another dealer!

Dann wartet man weiter und die ignorieren dich einfach. completely sick. As an unvaccinated person you wait outside and nobody comes. Wife yells when asked how long it takes. Then you keep waiting and they just ignore you.

Nach über 4 Wochen wieder urgiert. Ware nicht lieferbar, aber es hat sich niemand zuständig gefühlt, die Info weiterzugeben. Habe im Endeffekt storniert. I thought I'd rather order something more expensive locally than online for cheap money. Paid in advance, delivery in 8-10 days. Urged after 14 days. Urged again after 4 weeks. Goods not available, but nobody felt responsible to pass on the information. In the end I canceled.

Rückabwicklung werden absichtlich in die Länge gezogen. Selbst bei der Rückerstattung des Geldes gab es Probleme und dem Kunden wird geschrieben das erst der PayPal Konflikt durch den Käufer beigelegt werden muss um das Geld zurück zu bekommen. (Mit schießen des Konfliktes verliert man den Anspruch auf Rückerstattung) Erst nach Androhung den Käuferschutz von PayPal einzuschalten wurde das Geld zurück gezahlt. First and last purchase from the dealer. I have never experienced such a rude and incompetent shop. Returns are intentionally lengthened. Even with the refund of the money, there were problems and the customer is written that the PayPal conflict must first be resolved by the buyer in order to get the money back. (By closing the conflict, you lose the right to a refund) The money was only paid back after threatening to turn on PayPal's buyer protection.
