In meinem ganzen Leben habe ich noch nicht so eine unfreundliche Antwort erhalten. Selbst standardisierte Grußformeln waren anscheinend schon zu viel verlangt.
Das Unternehmen macht also einen sehr unprofessionellen Eindruck und hat von Marketing bzw. Kundenbindung anscheinend noch nie etwas gehört.
I was interested in a natural pool and therefore contacted the company with a question.
I have never received such an unkind response in my life. Even standardized greetings were apparently too much to ask.
The company makes a very unprofessional impression and has apparently never heard of marketing or customer loyalty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab mir den Zodiac RC 4400 gekauft. Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung. Der Roboter reinigt zufriedenstellend. Die Bedienung ist einfach. Beratung war gut,- mir wurde alles ausreichend erklärt was ich wissen wollte. Verkäufer/Chef war freundlich.
I bought the Zodiac RC 4400. Price / performance is okay. The robot cleans satisfactorily. It is easy to use. Advice was good - everything I wanted to know was sufficiently explained to me. Seller / boss was friendly.
