★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very friendly staff in all areas of the resort. I was there for a seminar and the conference rooms are well equiped including air conditioning. Also massage was very nice. I did not use the wellness area by my own, but my colleauges were very satisfied with the pool and the swimming lake. Only thing I have to complain about, that my room was very noisy with an open window and there was no air conditioning in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, outstanding cleaning services, beautiful nature, average amenities, and absolutely horrible food.
My beef entrée was tough and bland, and my salmon entrée unfortunately smelled like sewage. I had to go against every table manner that I have learned and spit out the food on the dish. Breakfast buffet was extremely limited.
The room was tidied up very neatly, and they even folded up my t-shirts for me.
The pools and saunas seem very sanitary, and the general cleanliness of the premise was outstanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only spent one night there, but the hotel is wonderful. One of most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in a hotel. Haven't really been in the spa section, but from the outside it looked quit nice.
The breakfast was really good and had everything you could ask for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel for trainings and meetings. We have been there with a group of 10 people. The staff was very friendly and supportive. I can't say anything about the spa as I haven't used. But definitely happy to recommend the place!
