Die "Empfangsdamen" sind unfreundlich & telefonisch so gut wie nie erreichbar. Sehr Schade. Habe mittlerweile einen neuen Zahnarzt gefunden bei dem ich mich wohl fühle. Location is practical for me because I work nearby, but dealing with patients is not exactly what one hopes for. The "receptionists" are unfriendly & almost never reachable by phone. It's a shame. I have now found a new dentist with whom I feel comfortable.
P	Paul Hamm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute zum ersten Mal dort, weil ich liebenswerter Weise umgehend einen Termin bekam wegen meiner Schmerzen, nachdem ich vorher von mehr als 10 Ärzten abgewiesen wurde. Auch die Vertretung von meinem kranken Zahnarzt meinte nur, ich soll am Freitag kommen, trotz Schmerzen! Da hatte ich das Glück, bei der ÖKG Stahlstr. von der freundlichen Emfpangsdame unkompliziert umgehend einen Termin zu bekommen. Danke nochmals! Aber das tollste war, der Zahnarzt, der meine Wurzelbehandlung machte. So behutsam wurde ich noch nie behandelt! Hut ab! Und auch die Assistenin war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das wird mein neuer künftiger Zahnarzt! Nur zum Emfpehlen! I went there for the first time today because I was lovingly given an appointment immediately because of my pain after I had been turned away by more than 10 doctors. The representation from my sick dentist only said that I should come on Friday, despite the pain! I was lucky enough to work at ÖKG Stahlstr. to get an appointment straight away from the friendly receptionist. Thanks again! But the best part was the dentist who did my root canal treatment. I have never been treated so gently! Hats off! And the assistant was also very friendly and competent. This will be my new future dentist! Only to be recommended!

Am Anfang war ich auch noch positiv darauf eingestellt da ich nach einen kurzen Telefonat ( 6:45 ) gleich zu hören bekam: ja kein problem kommen Sie gleich vorbei! Als ich dann dort war die böse Überraschung: ich musste OHNE Behandlung die Praxis wieder verlassen da ich keinen 3G nachweis hatte!! Die Dame sagte nur das es seit letzter Woche so sei und ich jetzt keine Behandlung bekomme trotz Schmerzen!! Keine Info am Telefon oder wie Sie meinte am Band wird es gesagt! NEIN wird es eben nicht!!! Als GESUNDER Mensch hat man es echt schon schwer!!!! So far it has always been positive and there have never been any problems! Only today, when I had a very bad toothache, was I very disappointed! At the beginning I was also positive about it, because after a short phone call (6:45 am) I heard right away: yes no problem, come by right away! When I was there the nasty surprise: I had to leave the practice WITHOUT treatment because I had no 3G certificate! The lady only said that it has been like this since last week and that I am not getting any treatment despite the pain !! No info on the phone or as you said on the tape it is said! NO it just won't! As a HEALTHY person it is really difficult !!!!
