Bin mit der ÖGG sehr zufrieden - jetzt, und auch in der Vergangenheit gab es nie Probleme und die Kommunikation funktioniert(e) immer einwandfrei. ? I wrote an email yesterday evening - I got a call this morning and all my questions were answered very satisfactorily! Hatte vorher einen Termin vereinbart und genau erklärt worum es geht. Dies hat wahrscheinlich die Wartezeit so extrem verkürzt. Mir ist es ein Rätsel, warum die österr. .Ärzte gegen diese Fachzentren sind. Hatte in einer Stunde 2 Fachärztegespräche und einen Allergietest. Super Konzept. Alles in einen Gebäude, keinen Überweisungen mit elend langen Wartezeiten mehr. Was there for the first time. By far one of the best, most competent and fastest exam ever. Had previously agreed an appointment and explained exactly what it is about. This probably has shortened the waiting time so extremely. It is a mystery to me why the Austrian doctors are against these specialist centers. Had in an hour 2 specialist discussions and an allergy test. Great concept. Everything in a building, no transfers with miserably long waits more.
H	Hel Sec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unterschiedliche Erfahrungen: HNO - gut - da hätte ich 4 Sterne gegeben. Sowohl die Aufnahme als auch die Behandlung waren sehr zufriedenstellend. Einzig die Wartezeiten waren teils lange. Sehr schlechte Erfahrungen habe ich bei der Aufnahme der Dermatologie gemacht. Nicht einmal im Akutfall (ev. allergische Reaktion) kann man dort auf einen Arzt warten. Äußerst unfreundliche Empfangsmitarbeiter - Kundenservice = 0 "Frühestens in 2 Monaten - ohne weitere Information, Erklärung...." Erschreckend das solch ein Mitarbeiterverhalten heutzutage überhaupt noch akzeptiert wird. Different experiences: ENT - good - I would have given 4 stars. Both the uptake and the treatment were very satisfactory. Only the waiting times were sometimes long. I had very bad experiences with the dermatology department. Not even in an acute case (possibly allergic reaction) can you wait for a doctor there. Extremely unfriendly receptionists - customer service = 0 "In 2 months at the earliest - without further information, explanation ...." It's shocking that such employee behavior is still accepted at all these days.
A	A KA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz der Menge an Personen, die auf eine Behandlung od. ähnliches Warten ist das Personal durch die Bank nett. Auch organisatorisch super ! Despite the amount of people waiting for treatment or the like, the staff is nice across the board. Organizationally great too!

Kann nur zustimmen, ich hab die neue Dame auch kennengelernt (dachte aber sie kommt aus Kärnten - es sei mir verziehen). Sehr respektvoller Umgang miteinander. Ist ja nicht immer so zwischen Schwestern und Arzthelfern, einfach toll. Danke an Elisabeth, Maria und natürlich an die tollen Ärzte! Ich fühle mich immer gut aufgehoben bei euch. I have been a patient in the FÄZ for a long time or on the 8th floor with my dear sister Maria. Can only agree, I got to know the new lady (but thought she comes from Carinthia - I'm forgiven). Very respectful interaction with each other. Is not always so between sisters and medical helpers, just great. Thanks to Elisabeth, Maria and of course to the great doctors! I always feel at home with you.

Aber nach meinem Besuch habe ich meine Enkelin gebeten, hier meine Erfahrungen nieder zu schreiben. Ich hatte schon 14 Tage vor meinem Endoskopie Termin ein wenig Angst vor der Behandlung und dem Ablauf, da es ja meine erste Untersuchung dieser Art war. Aber schon als ich beim Lift ausstieg, lächelte mir eine dunkelhaarige Dame entgegen. Sie hat mir gleich in der ersten Minute meine Angst genommen . Nach einem kurzen Gespräch stellte ich fest, dass die Dame, genauso wie ich ursprünglich aus der Obersteiermark stammt. Es wäre schön wenn bei Ärzten öfter so herzliche Mitarbeiterinnen sitzen würden, die Ihre Arbeit sichtlich gerne erledigen, dann würde einem der Besuch leichter fallen. Auch die Ärztin und die Schwestern waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Ich werde das Ärztezentrum auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die super Betreuung!!! I was a bit skeptical because of the partly bad opinions before my visit. But after my visit, I asked my granddaughter to write down my experiences here. 14 days before my endoscopy appointment, I was a bit afraid of the treatment and the procedure, as it was my first examination of this kind. But as soon as I got off the lift, a dark-haired lady smiled at me. She took away my fear in the first minute. After a short conversation, I realized that the lady, just like me, originally came from Upper Styria. It would be nice if physicians were more likely to have such warm-hearted employees who are obviously happy to do their job, then it would be easier to visit them. The doctor and the sisters were very friendly and hard-working. I will recommend the medical center in any case. Thank you for the great care !!!

Dr. Brigitte Cierny-Modre (Dermatologie), es wurde noch nie so genau untersucht bzw. ein aufklärendes Gespräch geführt, kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Mit einem Termin gibt es kaum Wartezeiten und die Coronamaßnahmen werden strengstens eingehalten. Ich war schon öfters bei Grazer Fachärzten und wurde leider immer schnell abgefertigt! With an appointment there are hardly any waiting times and the corona measures are strictly adhered to.
