Nach einer Extraktion habe ich Schmerzen und möchte beraten werden, was zu tun ist. Ohne Termin werde ich jedoch unverrichteter Dinge wieder nach Haus geschickt, trotz Schmerzen bekomme ich heute keinen Termin mehr, Samstag Sonntag sowieso nicht. SUPER SERVICE....DANKE!! Dental Outpatient Friday, 10.3.17. 9 o'clock: Nobody in the waiting room, 1 patient in treatment. After an extraction, I am in pain and would like to be advised on what to do. Without an appointment, however, I will be sent home without being sent home, despite the pain, I will not get an appointment today, Saturday anyway. SUPER SERVICE .... THANKS !!

M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter wären im großen und ganzen sehr nett, aber die Ärztin (asiatische Dame) ist eine bodenlose Frechheit. Ich leide seit einigen Monaten an sehr starken Rückenschmerzen, die mit Reha und sehr starken Schmerzmitteln einfach nicht besser werden. Die Frau Dr. meinte sehr herab lassend und unfreundlich: dann muss man eben mit den Schmerzen leben was soll ich jetzt machen, gehen Sie arbeiten. Ich war so geschockt über die Aussage das ich nichts sagen konnte. Werde mich jetzt bei der Ombudsstelle beschweren, wobei ich glaube das es nichts bringen wird. Sehr unkompetente Ärztin der die Menschen egal sind, einfach nur fehl am Platz. The staff would be very nice on the whole, but the doctor (Asian lady) is a bottomless impudence. For a few months now, I am suffering from very strong back pain, which does not improve with rehab and very strong painkillers. Dr. med. meant very humiliating and rude: then you just have to live with the pain what should I do now go to work. I was so shocked by the statement that I could not say anything. I will now complain to the ombudsman, where I believe that it will bring anything. Very incompetent female doctor who does not care about people, just out of place.

Dort angekommen wurde ich sofort wieder nach Hause geschickt da sie angeblich so ausgebucht waren. Im Warteraum ist eine einzige Person gesessen. Danke für nichts. Kann ich auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen. Impudence ... on the phone I was told that I could come immediately and without appointment to the dental clinic, because I had strong toothache. Once there, I was immediately sent home because they were supposed to be so fully booked. In the waiting room is a single person sat. Thanks for nothing. I can not recommend in any case.
R	RoGa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie auch Heute, war ich in den letzten Monaten einige male bei der GKK und kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Ärztin sehr nett und höflich. Vielleicht liegt es auch daran wie man selbst da auftritt? Ich habe jedenfalls keine schlechten Erfahrungen gemacht. Like today, I have been to the GKK several times in recent months and can not understand the bad reviews. All staff were always very friendly and helpful. Also the doctor very nice and polite. Maybe it's because of how you act there? Anyway, I have not had any bad experiences.

Mal wurde angezweifelt dass ich überhaupt angerufen hätte, beim 2.Mal wurde ich ohne Behandlung wieder nach Hause geschickt. Empfehlenswerter Zahnarzt, wenn man zu viel Zeit hat und gerne spazieren fährt. The Zahnambulatorium is apparently unable to meet deadlines / correctly noted down. The first time was doubted that I had even called, the second time I was sent back home without treatment. Recommended dentist, if you have too much time and like to go for a walk.

Vstřícnost a profesionální přístup mě vůbec nepřekvapil v těchto rakouských úřadech. Mám většinou stejné dobré zkušenosti. Hlavní je, že jsem byl spokojen s výsledkem výšky důchodu a také to, že mohu jít v šedesáti do důchodu. Což u nás v Česku může jen malé procento lidí. Today I visited ÖGK Místelbch, where I had an agreed date for retirement. The friendliness and professional approach did not surprise me at all in these Austrian authorities. I usually have the same good experience. The main thing is that I was satisfied with the result of the amount of the pension and also that I can retire at the age of sixty. Which only in the Czech Republic can a small percentage of people.
