Besonders mit Kindern ein Vorteil. Schönes, helles Wartezimmer. Gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Ordination. Nice and friendly ladies at the registration, friendly doctors no long waiting time if you have an appointment, at least with us always quite fast. Especially with children an advantage. Nice, bright waiting room. Good parking right before the ordination.

Gestern hatte ich, da ich keine andere Möglichkeit hatte, meinen jungen und lebhaften Hund dabei, der schlecht länger im Auto warten kann. Auf dieses Problem ging die Sprechstundenhilfe Sonja, die mir bei jedem meiner Besuche in der Praxis als besonders nett aufgefallen ist, in einer sehr mitfühlenden und hilfreichen Art und Weise ein. Ich durfte MIT dem Hund neben der Eingangstüre warten. Das entkrampfte meine Situation erheblich! Meinen anschließenden Termin bei der sehr kompetenten Ärztin, konnte ich somit sehr entspannt wahrnehmen. Daher 5 Sterne für Sonja! I have been a very satisfied patient for a long time in this ordination. Yesterday, as I had no other option, I had my young and lively dog with me, who cannot wait longer in the car. The consultation assistant Sonja, who struck me as particularly nice on each of my visits to the practice, dealt with this problem in a very compassionate and helpful manner. I was allowed to wait with the dog next to the front door. That eased my situation considerably! I was able to attend my subsequent appointment with the very competent doctor very relaxed. Therefore 5 stars for Sonja!

Kurze Wartezeiten, moderne Praxis und ein toller Service. Wo Wiener Spezialisten keine passenden Kontaktlinsen anbieten konnte, hat Dr. Ebermann passende und leistbare Linsen für mich gefunden. Ein großartiger und engagierter Facharzt! Dr. Ebermann and his team are always friendly and try very hard. I have been receiving treatment there for years and can only warmly recommend this ophthalmologist's practice. Short waiting times, modern practice and great service. Where Viennese specialists could not offer suitable contact lenses, Dr. Ebermann found suitable and affordable lenses for me. A great and dedicated specialist!

Schon beim Anruf am Morgen war ich sehr erfreut dass schon nach wenigen Sekunden eine freundliche Dame abhob und mir schon am Nachmittag einen Termin gab, da ich ein akutes Augenproblem hatte. Obwohl ich fast eine Stunde früher in der Ordination war dauerte es nur wenige Minuten bis ich aufgerufen wurde. Es ging dann sehr flott von einer Untersuchung zur anderen und zuletzt hat mich noch der Arzt sehr gründlich untersucht. Was mir im Wartezimmer auch sehr gut gefallen hat, war die beruhigende Musik im Hintergrund und dass der Warteraum sehr hell und freundlich ist. Ehrlich gesagt fühlte ich mich nicht wie bei einem Arzt, eher wie auf dem Flughafen in Singapur (und der ist einfach traumhaft) so irgendwie wie im Urlaub, was mir den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Das Gleiche war auch bei meinem nächsten Termin in dieser Ordination. Also ich kann diesen Augenarzt jedem bestens empfehlen und ich werde gerne wieder dorthin gehen. So I have had the very best experiences with this ophthalmologist. When I called in the morning I was very pleased that after a few seconds a friendly lady picked up and gave me an appointment in the afternoon because I had an acute eye problem. Although I was in the ordination almost an hour earlier, it only took a few minutes before I was called. It then went very quickly from one examination to the other and finally the doctor gave me a very thorough examination. What I also really liked in the waiting room was the soothing music in the background and that the waiting room is very bright and friendly. To be honest, I didn't feel like at a doctor's, more like at the airport in Singapore (and it's just fantastic), kind of like on vacation, which made my stay even more pleasant. The same was true for my next appointment in this ordination. So I can highly recommend this ophthalmologist to everyone and I will be happy to go there again.

Was Augen betrifft, bin ich extrem empfindlich und schnell ängstlich, daher ist mir sehr wichtig, dass mein Arzt dafür Verständnis hat und damit umzugehen weiß. Auch Dr Waditschakta ist ein kompetenter Augenarzt und nimmt sich für seine Patienten Zeit. Meiner Erfahrung nach messen Optiker im Geschäft immer etwas genauer die Dioptrien, etc., weil sie mehr Zeit haben und daher dem zu Untersuchenden mehr Zeit geben können. In meinem Fall bin ich beim Optiker auch entspannter, und deswegen in der Lage genauere Angaben zu machen. Aber das bin halt ich... Ich würde 5 Sterne vergeben, da es manchmal wirklich länger dauern kann bis das Telefon abgenommen wird, gibt es 4. I have been a patient of Dr Ebermann for years. He is extremely competent and VERY empathetic. When it comes to eyes, I am extremely sensitive and easily anxious, so it is very important to me that my doctor understands and knows how to deal with it. Dr Waditschakta is also a competent ophthalmologist and takes his time with his patients. In my experience, opticians always measure the dioptres, etc. more precisely in the shop because they have more time and can therefore give more time to the person to be examined. In my case, I am also more relaxed at the optician's and therefore able to give more precise information. But that's me... I would give 5 stars because sometimes it can really take longer for the phone to be picked up, there are 4.
