★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kundenservice würgt einen am Telefon ab, beim ärztlichen Dienst geht erst gar niemand ans Telefon. Anmeldebüro ist geschlossen aber kein Hinweis darauf, dass man sich am Schalter zum Termin anmelden muss.
Customer service chokes you on the phone, nobody answers the phone at the medical service. The registration office is closed but there is no indication that you have to register at the counter for the appointment.
