im Gebäude angekommen wurden wir drei (Sohn 7 Wochen alt, Frau und ich) mit schlechter Laune begrüßt, nachdem uns Herr P. mit offener Tür und Grußrufen zum Parteienverkehr sofort klar gemacht hat, dass hier keine Beratunsstelle ist, sondern eine Annahmestelle, erklärte er uns voller Überzeugung dass die bereits erworbenen Informationen von der AK nicht korrekt sind (obwohl sie das laut Broschüre und AK-Beratung sind) und wir mit den ausgefüllten Formularen XY wieder kommen sollen.
Fazit: unfreundlich, nicht am neuesten Stand - falsche Beratung, wir wenden uns in Zukunft an die LS-Graz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Chefärtzin der ÖGK Zweigstelle Fürstenfeld ist wohl der unprofessioneste Mensche den man sich vorstellen kann. da werden schwer kranke Menschen im Kreis geschickt und dann ihre körperlichen Beschwerden abgetan als psychisches Sache. Solche Leute gehören angezeigt, ich hoffe auf eine höhere Gerechtigkeit für solche Menschen. Ich werd die Patientenanwaltschaft, die Arbeiterkammer und alle möglichen Hebel in Bewegung setzen um diese Person nach allen Möglichkeiten des Rechtsstaates zu ahnend. Zudem wurden persönliche Daten und Krankheitsdaten ohne meine Zustimmung an fremde Personen weiter gegeben. Das ist eine frechheit die weit über das Legale hinaus geht, und das Datenschutzrecht verletzt.
The head doctor at the ÖGK branch in Fürstenfeld is probably the most unprofessional person you can imagine. seriously ill people are sent in circles and their physical complaints are then dismissed as psychological issues. Such people should be reported, I hope for greater justice for such people. I will put the patient advocacy, the Chamber of Labor and all possible levers in motion to suspect this person of all possibilities of the rule of law. In addition, personal data and illness data were passed on to third parties without my consent. This is cheek that goes far beyond what is legal and violates data protection law.
