Really unprofessional and disappointing that one "Gebietskrankenkasse" is not doing the job properly. This is not the joke, human health! How you dare not to answering. The papers that we need I can get just from you, so there is no other way than calling you, and what are you doing? Not picking up the phone, don't answering on E-mail? Well done!
