The classes are both demanding and rewarding so that you will almost certainly leave the gym with a smile.

The coach is also fantastic, has ample of experience and really knows how to share his knowledge. If you love the technical side of BJJ, or you just like doing something mentally challenging while staying fit, this is really the place to visit.

The team welcomes everyone and is perfect for both competitors and more casual members, who just want to learn more about bjj. Rodrigo sensei, a black belt in bjj, personally leads the trainings sessions, where you can improve your bjj skills while having fun. If you are in Innsbruck and are interested in bjj, I would definitely recommend you to give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come to train Jiu Jitsu with us, doesn't matter if you just want to try it out, do a workout during your vacation in the alps or if you want to get some experience in fighting. Sensei Rodrigo is incredibly welcoming and so is the team. I've been training here since almost three years and despite having been to many different gyms all over the world, this is definitely one of the best to start your Jit Jitsu Journey!
