★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kleiner, aber feiner Shop. Kann natürlich mit den großen Shops in Wien schon auf Grund der VKF nicht mithalten.
Trotzdem nicht schlecht, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
small but nice shop. Of course, it can't keep up with the big shops in Vienna because of the VKF.
Still not bad, staff friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade, daß am Telefon gesagt wird, der Fanshop wäre auch Samstags geöffnet. Jetzt stehen wir mit vielen anderen Kunden vor verschlossener Tür. Auch die Mail die wir vor 5 Tagen geschrieben haben, blieb bis heute unbeantwortet. Sehr enttäuschend!
Nachtrag 20.12.2018: Waren heute im Fanshop. Sehr nett betreut worden. Leider läuft noch immer das Tonband mit Andi Mareks Stimme wo er sagt das Samstags offen ist. Das ist etwas verwirrend. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bin wieder happy?
It's a shame that people say on the phone that the fan shop is also open on Saturdays. Now we are standing in front of a closed door with many other customers. The email we wrote 5 days ago also remained unanswered to this day. Very disappointing!
Addendum December 20, 2018: Goods in the fan shop today. Very nicely looked after. Unfortunately the tape with Andi Marek's voice is still playing where he says it's open on Saturdays. It's a little confusing. The staff are very nice and accommodating. I'm happy again?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rufe schon dreimal an, man hört nichts, daß man in einer Warteschleife ist, nach ewig langen läuten ist es aus, die Mail Adresse die vorgeschlagen wird, wenn man drauf tippt gibt es nicht!
Wollte eine Auskunft, ob es einen bestimmten Pulli noch gibt, dass man nicht extra 40 Kilometer fahren muss, umsonst. Aber keine Chance ?
Call three times already, you don't hear anything that you are on hold, after a long ringing it is over, the email address that is suggested when you tap on it does not exist!
Wanted information as to whether there is still a certain sweater that you don't have to drive an extra 40 kilometers, for free. But no chance ?
