★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samstag am Yppenplatz :Man stellt sich brav an und als man eigentlich an die Reihe kommen sollte wird man ignoriert und hinter mir wurde dann weiter bedient, kein Grüßen, Geld und Brot wird mit bloßen Händen angriffen. Kein geschultes Personal.
 Saturday at Yppenplatz: You queue up and when it should actually be your turn you are ignored and the service continues behind me, no greetings, money and bread are attacked with bare hands. No trained staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliches Personal, das sehr gut über alle Brote und Teilchen Bescheid weiß. Es werden auch Brote halb aufgeschnitten um den Kunden das Innere zu zeigen. Noch dazu sind die Brote sowie die süßen Teilchen super lecker. Könnte mich nicht entscheiden welches mein Favorit ist.
Friendly staff who are very knowledgeable about all the breads and pastries. Breads are also cut in half to show customers the inside. In addition, the breads and the sweet pastries are super delicious. Couldn't decide which is my favourite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Öfferl lovers living in Ottakring, the Yppenmarkt on Saturday is perfect. Yes, you need to queue for a little while, as every Öfferl places in Vienna. But it's worthing it and there is no problem with that. The sales assistant are always kind, even if you don't speak German. And you can pay with cash or by card, that's convinient.
