Im Gegensatz zu einem Vorrezensent hatten wir keine Probleme. Herr Bauer war sehr, sehr geduldig beim Erklären der Verträge und sehr flott beim Einarbeiten der gewünschten Änderungen. Der gesamte Durchlaufzeitraum vom Einlanlangen des Geldes am Treuhandkonto bis zum Überweisen an die Verkäufer waren ca.2 Wochen (Was lt. meinen Recherchen eine TOP Zeit ist). Auch nachgelagerte Anfragen, nach Abschluss des Geschäftsfalls, wurden stehts prompt beantwortet. Das Backoffice Team (insbensondere Fr. Woletz) war bei meinen Anfragen ebenso stehts freundlich und kompetent. Von daher kann ich nur eine vollständige Empfehlung aussprechen. I would also like to share our experiences with the Oppek notary's office, in this case from the home buyer side. In contrast to a previous reviewer, we had no problems. Mr. Bauer was very, very patient when explaining the contracts and very quick to incorporate the desired changes. The entire lead time from the arrival of the money in the escrow account to the transfer to the seller was about 2 weeks (which, according to my research, is a TOP time). Subsequent inquiries after the conclusion of the business case were always answered promptly. The back office team (especially Ms. Woletz) was always friendly and competent with my inquiries. So I can only make a full recommendation.
