Was mir verschwiegen wurde, und sich erst am Schluss herausstellte war dass ich ein Honorar von €360,-- zahlen soll für die Abführung der Immobilienertragssteuer. Als ich fragte warum mir das nicht zu Beginn, als ich nach den anfallenden Kosten gefragt habe, mitgeteilt wurde, erhielt ich die Antwort: "Sie haben ja nicht danach gefragt! Die Vorgehensweise war höchst unprofessionell. Als Leihe ist man hier nicht gut aufgehoben und beraten. Zum Schluss wurde mir auch noch gedroht dass mein Geld vom Treuhandkonto nicht ausbezahlt wird. Die Art wie mit einem Kunden seitens vom Notar umgegangen wird hat mich sehr verärgert. Die Angestellten sind jedoch sehr freundlich. Trotzdem NIE WIEDER! Incredibly unprofessional. Never again! Before I hired the notary, I asked about the costs. What was withheld from me, and only found out at the end, was that I was supposed to pay a fee of € 360 for paying the property income tax. When I asked why I was not informed at the beginning, when I asked about the costs, I received the answer: "You didn't ask about it! The procedure was extremely unprofessional. As a loan you are not in good hands here and At the end I was also threatened that my money from the escrow account would not be paid out. The way the notary dealt with a customer made me very angry. The employees are very friendly. Nevertheless, NEVER AGAIN!
