M	Moli Kri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich unfreundlich wir wurden ohne jegliche Leistung und Beauftragung zur Bezahlung einer Leistung aufgefordert nachdem der Kauf der Immobilie nicht stattgefunden ist wurde uns dennoch eine Honorarnote mit deutlich überhöhten Honorar geschickt. Nach Übergabe an unseren Rechtsanwalt hat Mag. Loidl auf das Honorar letztendlich verzichtet. Er hat behauptet wir hätten ihn klokludent beauftragt eigentlich ein Fall für die Beschwerdestelle bei der Notariatskammer! Incredibly unfriendly, we were asked to pay for a service without any service or commission after the property had not been purchased, but a fee note with a significantly excessive fee was sent to us. After handing it over to our lawyer, Mag. Loidl ultimately waived the fee. He said that we had actually asked him to go to the complaint office at the Chamber of Notaries!
