Auch mehrmalige Versuche jemand telefonisch zu erreichen, wurden nur ignoriert.
 Work was done well in and of itself, but after a problem "complaint" nobody showed up, despite the appointment made!
Repeated attempts to reach someone by phone were just ignored.
