★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bild zur Anfahrt ist irrefuehrend. Alleine die Tatsache, dass ein Grossteil der Bewertungen hier von Mitarbeitern und Umfeld kommen, sollte angemerkt werden. Unkommentiert 5 Sterne?? Gehts noch?? Von mir haette es sonst 3 Sterne gegeben. Der Service ist ok. Wuerde ich aber als 2te Wahl bezeichnen.
Directions are misleading. The fact that the majority of the reviews come from employees and the environment should be noted. Uncommented 5 stars ?? Are you crazy?? Otherwise I would have given it 3 stars. The service is ok. I would call it the 2nd choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophe die MA- - habe einen vollkommen neuen Flachbettscanner ausgepackt und konnte diesen nicht am Netzgerät anstecken, da der Stromanschluss am Gerät defekt von der Produktion war. Bekam dann eine am Telefon eine e-mailadresse 6 X Falsch angesagt, mail bekam X mal immer wieder als error zurück, da ein Punkt vergessen wurde bei der MAiladresse zum Ansagen. Nach dieser Korrektur wieder X mal falsche Ansage da eine Ziffer 1genannt wurde, statt One- richtig wäre gewesen [email protected] wieder x mal kamen alle mails retour- nach Stunden habe ich den Fehler erkannt woran es liegt, dass das MAil nicht durchgeht, nämlich ONE statt 1-- sooo viel Zeit SINNLOS zu vergeuden, nur wegen FALSCHER Ansage der Mailadresse- natürlich gibts in Österreich kein Austausch- oder ähnliches Gerät- Ersatzteile kommen aus Deutschland , Dauer ca. 3 Wochen wurde mir gesagt.. Epson eine Markenfirma????? Ich habe dazu eine Meinung- NIE WIEDER Epson !
Disaster the MA- - unpacked a completely new flatbed scanner and could not connect it to the power supply unit because the power connection to the device was defective from production. Then got an e-mail address on the phone 6 X incorrectly announced, mail always got X as an error, because a point was forgotten in the mail address to announce. After this correction, again X wrong announcement because a number 1 was called, instead of One- correct level.one @ would have been ... ... so again all mails came back - after hours I recognized the error, why it is that the MAIL does not go through, namely ONE instead of 1-- sooo much time to be senselessly wasted, only because of FALSE announcement of the email address - of course there are no exchange or similar devices in Austria - spare parts come from Germany, duration about 3 weeks I was told .. Epson a brand company ????? I have an opinion - NEVER AGAIN Epson!
