Frühstückskorb zum kulinarischen Start in den Tag sehr empfehlenswert! Modern, very comfortable accommodation, with bright and appropriately sized rooms. Friendly and warm welcome. Breakfast basket for a culinary start to the day is highly recommended!

M	Ma rc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Winter) Der Öbristhof ist ein BIO-Bauernhof etwas außerhalb gelegen von Kleinarl. Familie Breitfuß sind super freundlich und geben alles, euren Urlaub perfekt zu machen ! Die Ferienwohnungen sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die eine Wohnung ist ebenerdig auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Die Sauna rundet den Tag dann noch super ab (Achtung: ggf.Zeit einberechnen zum Aufheizen der Sauna). Auf die Piste geht es entweder mit dem Skibus (ca.300m zur Haltestelle) oder mit dem eigenen Auto 2-3min. Wer Langlauf oder Winterwandern betreibt ist hier auch sehr gut aufgehoben, da oberhalb und unterhalb direkt die Loipe/Winterwanderweg vorbei führt. Die Bergkulisse und stimmung ist im Winter auch unbeschreiblich schön. Der Öbristhof steht auf jedenfall auf der Liste der Unterkünfte wo man wieder hin möchte ! Bestimmt auch im Sommer mega ! (Winter) The Öbristhof is an organic farm just outside of Kleinarl. The Breitfuß family are super friendly and go out of their way to make your vacation perfect! The apartments are very nice and modern. One apartment is also suitable for wheelchair users at ground level. The sauna then rounds off the day perfectly (note: if necessary, calculate time to heat up the sauna). On the slopes you can either take the ski bus (approx. 300 m to the stop) or your own car for 2-3 minutes. Those who practice cross-country skiing or winter hiking are in good hands here, as the cross-country / winter hiking path leads directly above and below. The mountain scenery and mood is also indescribably beautiful in winter. The Öbristhof is definitely on the list of accommodations where you want to go again! Definitely mega in summer too!

The perfect place for a vacation with children! Ponies, space to run around. In the middle of a great landscape. The landlords are very friendly, the apartment is great!

L	Li La on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wurden Liebevoll in Empfang genommen. Unser Großer saß kurz nach der Ankunft schon im Traktor und hatte einen riesen Spaß. Die Wohnung war sauber, hell und mit frischen Gartenblumen dekoriert. Es gab alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf brauch. Die Lage war für uns ideal. Ruhig und dennoch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß/Laufrad zum Jägersee. Den ganzen Tag Sonne und auch sonst alles in unmittelbarer Nähe ( Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Ausflüge). Es ist ein liebevoll geführter Bauernhof mit viel Möglichkeiten für Kinder, aber auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Wir freuen uns schon auf unsere nächsten Ferien bei euch! We were lovingly received. Our big guy was already sitting in the tractor shortly after arriving and had a lot of fun. The apartment was clean, bright and decorated with fresh garden flowers. There was everything you need for your daily needs. The location was ideal for us. Quiet but still a good starting point for excursions, approx. 20 minutes on foot / running bike to the Jägersee. Sun all day and everything else in the immediate vicinity (shopping, restaurants and excursions). It is a lovingly run farm with lots of opportunities for children, but also a good starting point for hikes. We are looking forward to our next vacation with you!
