Bei Übergabe der Ware wurde mir diese quasi dann unter dem Auslieferungstor rausgeschoben, wo ich dann das erste Mal die Gelegenheit hatte, die Ware zu überprüfen. Nach einer kurzen Besichtigung der Ware wollte ich die Mitarbeiter um Überprüfung bitten, da das umweltfreundliche Streusand durchgehend verklumpt und auf dem Sack mehrere geklebte Stellen waren. Ich habe mir erwartet, dass der Sack unversehrt und frei von Klumpen ist.
Da erklärt man mir, dass man ohnehin alle Säcke des Streusalzes nur so verklumpt bekommt und erstmal zerschlagen muss..

When the goods were handed over to me, they were pushed out from under the delivery gate, where I had the first opportunity to check the goods. After a brief inspection of the goods, I wanted to ask the employees to check them, as the environmentally friendly grit was consistently clumped and there were several glued spots on the sack. I expected the sack to be intact and free of lumps.
Then they explain to me that all the sacks of road salt are only clumped together anyway and have to be smashed first ...
