Nie finden wir eine MitarbeiterIn-BeraterInnen zu Verfügung. You can find a lot, but the prices are higher compared to Bauhaus or Hornbach. Staff, service, advice is terrible! We will never find an employee consultant available.

Mr. Nouri was very nice and patient, took his time for us and tried very hard! It's a shame that such advice and service is becoming increasingly rare in hardware stores!
C	Clemens G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns entschieden mangels Zeit und Kenntnis das Rohbau Badezimmer aus einer Hand planen zu lassen. Dabei sind wir recht rasch auf das Badplanungsservice von OBI gestoßen und ließen es dort planen. Grundsätzlich verlief alles recht gut, bis unser Badplaner recht spontan das Unternehmen verließ und wir auch schnell drauf kamen wieso. Es hat einiges nicht funktioniert, es wurden Sachen für das Badezimmer nicht bestellt etc. Scheinbar waren wir auch nicht die einzigen, bei denen es nicht ganz rund verlief und vielleicht war das auch ein Grund für den spontanen Ausstieg des Mitarbeiters. Der Nachfolger (der aktuell im Markt dafür zuständig ist) kümmerte sich jedoch super kompetent und total zuvorkommend darum alles wieder rasch auf Schiene zu bringen und die aufgetauchten Probleme des Vorgängers zufriednestellend auszugleichen. Also wenn wir das Badezimmer jetzt nochmal vom aktuellen Mitarbeiter planen ließen denke ich würde es wirklich rund laufen und in dem Fall wären sicher auch die vollen 5 Sterne verdient (daher leider 1 Stern Abzug für den Vorgänger). Due to a lack of time and knowledge, we decided to have the shell of the bathroom planned from a single source. We came across OBI's bathroom planning service very quickly and had it planned there. Basically everything went pretty well until our bathroom planner left the company on the spur of the moment and we quickly figured out why. Some things didn't work, things for the bathroom weren't ordered, etc. Apparently we weren't the only ones who didn't go completely smoothly, and maybe that was a reason for the employee's spontaneous exit. However, the successor (who is currently responsible for this in the market) took care of getting everything back on track quickly and satisfactorily to compensate for the problems of the predecessor. So if we let the current employee plan the bathroom again, I think it would really run smoothly and in that case the full 5 stars would be deserved (therefore unfortunately 1 star deduction for the previous one).
D	Dy Privat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So eine freundliche, kompetente und geduldige Betreuung mit der Badplanung von Herrn Nouri hatte ich nur selten als Kunde. Ich hatte immer wieder Änderungswünsche und alle wurden nach meinen Wünschen umgesetzt und erfüllt - ich bin schon in freudiger Erwartung der Fertigstellung Ende Jänner und bin sicher dass alles meinen Wünschen entsprechend umgesetzt wird! DANKE :-) As a customer, I rarely had such friendly, competent and patient support with Mr Nouri's bathroom planning. I always had change requests and all of them were implemented and fulfilled according to my wishes - I am already looking forward to the completion at the end of January and I am sure that everything will be implemented according to my wishes!
