Merke: max 90min vor Abfahrt wird "Einlass" gewährt, unabhängig ob man ein 1.Kl Ticket + 2 Comfort Bahncards hat. Auch verständlich wenn die Lounge überfüllt wäre, aber in unserem Fall waren wir die Einzigsten und noch dazu mit Gepäck und 3 Kindern!!! ÖBB bitte nehmt Kundenservice ernst und sensibilisiert Eure Service Mitarbeiter, Danke!! There are nice and customer-oriented employees, so far we have been lucky. Note: "Entry" is granted max 90min before departure, regardless of whether you have a 1st ticket + 2 Comfort Bahncards. Also understandable if the lounge were overcrowded, but in our case we were the only ones with luggage and 3 children !!! ÖBB please take customer service seriously and sensitize your service staff, thank you !!

Es ist selten viel los, und die Getränke und Snacks sind immer gut aufgefüllt. 1 Stern abzug, da es hier keine eigenen Toiletten gibt. Man muss die Lounge verlassen, und die regulären (kostenpflichtigen) Toiletten benutzen. Relatively small but nice lounge. There is rarely a lot going on and the drinks and snacks are always well filled. 1 star deduction, as there are no toilets here. You have to leave the lounge and use the regular (chargeable) toilets.

L	Loris Guerra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle lounge nur schade ist das Zu klein im Verhältnis Salzburg oder Wien HBF und allgemein finde ich Schade das man einige snacks aus dem Sortiment genommen hat. Great lounge, it's just too small in relation to Salzburg or Vienna HBF and in general I think it's a shame that some snacks have been taken out of the range.

Und am ende hieß es er will nicht weiter diskutieren also soll ich mich setzen. unglaublich. auch zu den leuten vor mir die nur eine frage hatten wurden extrem unfreundlich behandelt. @ÖBB Bitte redet mit dem Mitarbeiter der am 20.03.2022 20:00 Dienst hatte. fie lounge itself is good. but 10 minutes of extremely unfriendly discussion to be let in. And at the end he said he didn't want to discuss it any further so I should sit down. unbelievable. The people in front of me who only had one question were also treated extremely unfriendly. @ÖBB Please talk to the employee who was on duty on March 20th, 2022 at 8:00 p.m.

Klasse Klimaticket (kostet satte 2700€!) wird man unfreundlich hinausgeworfen weil man den Zahlungsbeleg für die Aufzahlung vorweisen soll. Den hat aber niemand mit, weil ma den ja auch gar nicht braucht um in ganz Österreich gratis mit dem Zug zu fahren. Nur hier. Auf die Frage, ob sie irgendwann mal ein Lesegerät für Klimatickets bekommen gibts nur patzige Antworten des Personals. Fairerweise möchte ich auch anmerken, dass es hier auch freundliches Personal gibt (nicht immer), aber leider sind denen wohl auch in diesem Unflexiblen System die Hände gebunden. Schade. no toilet If you come with a 1st class climate ticket (costs a whopping €2700!) you will be thrown out unfriendly because you have to show proof of payment for the surcharge. But nobody has it with them, because you don't need it to travel for free by train throughout Austria. Only here. When asked if they would ever get a reader for climate tickets, the staff only gave snotty answers. To be fair, I would also like to say that there are also friendly staff here (not always), but unfortunately their hands are probably tied even in this inflexible system. Too bad.

Leider ist es wirklich ein Negativer Punkt das es kein eigenes WC hier gibt da Die Bahnhofstoilette maximal 1 Stern hier verdient.. Pleasant quiet lounge. Small snacks and drinks are available. Unfortunately it is really a negative point that there is no private toilet here because the train station toilet deserves a maximum of 1 star here.
