★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I needed help throght the App; not sure which office is responsible for the App support, but I was mocked by the dispetcher and I had to write a complain. Sure, I will migrate to ARBÖ, but meanwhile since I paid for the whole year, I needed help one more time after more than a month (empty battery, both times - lights left on...) and I was completely ignored and then I had to call by phone and I was assured that in 2 1/2 hours I will be served (after waiting from 9pm till 10pm) and the help came at 1:20 am next day (meaning the 2 1/2 hours became 3 1/2 and in total 4 1/2 [from 9 p.m. till 1:20 a.m. next day....]. This never happened with ARBÖ which I left switching to an Opel leased car from the GM where I used to work! (and GM went with ÖAMTC by default). Sure ARBÖ was much above ÖAMTC and I would recomend anybody the firs! BTW - ÖAMTC played as if they were interested to keep a client (me) after the complain by emai (they called me and appologised fro being very crowded not for the behavior of the dispatcher who punnishe me) l, but they did not really! So, as a conclusion: ÖAMTC does not know how to be kind and serve right the clients. Simply they grew too big and don't care anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I generally like oamtc, unfortunately have to give one star. I took my car to schwechat for pickerl and it didnt pass. I was told to take it back in 4 months and for 15eur I will need a full check for pickerl.
I fixed everything on the car, called oamtc for termin and got the nearest termin in another oamtc station in Wien. Here it turned out I have to pay again the full picker check price, because it was a another station.
2 questions:
1.why is that so? Oamtc seems like a big organization not a franchise. One station cannot take the judgment of an other? it all looks the same, one exepts the same service and no little surprises like that.
2. Why nobady informed me that I need to take it back to the same place? Not the mechanic not the lady on the phone. One can logically assume the supplied service can be continuous in another station as oamtc behaves like one big organization, not as a chain of independent service stations.
