★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The English-speaking lady at this location is far from helpful, I've dealt with her twice and both times left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't understand why people who clearly don't like interacting with others choose a career where that's exactly what is required from them. This review is for the Schubertring location, I've been to other locations and they are super friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ÖAMTC is my road assistance club in Austria, and as a global traveler, I can not stop to refer them. In 2019, I did a 7000 kms solo trips in my Vanagon, which I couldn't accomplish without them. The employees are amazingly helpful, and do whatever needed to help you out with your car or motorcycle problems. I visited tgis location to seek some legal advice regarding a very greedy mechanic that I am currently dealing with. As an Austrian, if you travel internationally, you will be happy to have ÖAMTC on your side!!!

After contacting the team, they offered to change the car seat to another one immediately. The new seat looks very clean and good. The service was also smooth and guys at the office were very friendly! They handled the situation very nice! Grateful for good client service and how fast they could solve the issue with previously rented car seat. For the whole experience I definitely change my review to 5 stars for good client service at the end.
"The newborn car seat rental: the gave us ABSOLUTELY dirty and not cleaned car seat with dark brown strains on it! I cannot even imagine you can put a child in there! Obviously not cleaned before... Just very disappointed it was even considered OK to rent this chair: dirty, full of scratches. If I would knew before they rent so dirty and very-very used products for newborns, I would never rent it from there. I just hoped OAMTC had higher customer standards... Very disappointed."
