Sie hat für uns eine fantastische Kuba-Reise zusammengestellt und das für die Haupt-Buchungs-Saison rund um Weihnachten/Neujahr obwohl wir erst Anfang Dezember angefragt haben. Als einziges Reisebüro (von vielen, die wir angefragt haben), bekamen wir maßgeschneiderte Vorschläge und wurde dezidiert auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen, wo andere nur Standardangebote weitergeleitet haben. Es ist ein Jammer, dass wir die Reise aufgrund von Zika absagen mussten. Wir fragen sicher wieder bei Gruber Reisen an! Danke für die tolle Betreuung, feine Auswahl & das Verständnis aufgrund der persönlichen Situation.
Frau Helm is simply great! She put together a fantastic Cuba trip for us and that for the main booking season around Christmas / New Year even though we did not inquire until the beginning of December. As the only travel agency (of many that we asked), we received tailor-made suggestions and were specifically addressed to our wishes, where others only passed on standard offers. It's a shame we had to cancel the trip because of Zika. We will definitely ask Gruber Reisen again! Thank you for the great support, fine selection & understanding due to the personal situation.
