Für die Fahrt ins Ausland wurde mir nicht nur einige Pläne und den Tatsachen,,wo und wie Maut zu entrichten ist, mitgeteilt, auch die Coronabestimmungen wurden mir erklärt. So fühlte ich mich sehr gut beraten. Just great. s	solar.com.gr Φωτοβολταϊκά on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience. I had my car inspected for pickerl in February 2022. The technician diagnosed a leak of exhaust fumes from the flexipipe. I took the car to an official dealership, they could not find a leak. I returned to OAMTC, asked them to show the leak to me, and they could not. Even so, they still refused to accept that there was no leak and they issued a negative inspection result again. In the process of "examining" the car again, the technicians were actually trying to cause a leak on the pipe, using a screwdriver, and even pulling the exhaust downwards to rip it apart! I took the car to the State Inspection service, and they found that there was absolutely no leak from the flexipipe. Moreover, they found a real problem in the directional system of the vehicle, which the OAMTC failed to identify! I sent this report to the customer service, asking for an explanation, and they did not even respond. Update: Customer service eventually replied, asking for a re-check of the vehicle. I accepted to have the vehicle re-checked on OAMTC Wien West, where it was also verified that OAMTC Klosterneuburg misdiagnosed the vehicle. OAMTC Customer Service sent me an email on March 25 accepting responsibilty for the misdiagnosis and offering a "one time refund" of 380€. I accepted that offer, however no refund so far (April 11)...
