Did not want to help at all without confirmation that we were members of ÖAMTC, which we are not. All we wanted was a 5 minut conversation with a mechanic. Spend 15 minutes trying to show her our membership of Danish FDM, with out insurance policy which clearly states ( in German) that the holder of this policy is to be helped as needed, and that expenses will be covered by FDM. She spoke very fast, though we clearly were not native speakers. It never occurred to her to ask us what our problem was.
