★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erstmal ein großes Lob an den Herrn Ber******** von der Direktannahme, war ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Serviceberater.
Aber das was ich heute dort erlebt hatte bringt mich soweit das ich bestimmt nicht mehr dort irgendetwas machen lasse!
Da er im Urlaub war hat mich ein anderer Serviceberater betreut und ich kann nur sagen so herabschauend und unfreundlich bin ich noch nirgends in meinen ganzen Leben betreut worden!
Keine Fragen Zielführend beantwortet zudem noch extrem unfreundlich.
Nur ein Tipp wenn man den Kundenkontakt nicht mag sollte man sich Gedanken machen ob es auch der richtige Job für einen ist!
Den Namen will ich hier nicht preisgeben aber es war denke ich die Vertretung von Herrn Ber******** in der Direktannahme.
First of all, a big compliment to Mr. Ber ******** from the direct reception, was a very nice and courteous service advisor.
But what I had experienced there today brings me so far that I definitely won't let anything else be done there!
Since he was on vacation, another service advisor looked after me and I can only say that I have not been looked after anywhere in my entire life in such a down-looking and unfriendly manner!
No questions. Answers to the target are also extremely unfriendly.
Just a tip if you don't like customer contact you should think about whether it is the right job for you!
I do not want to disclose the name here, but I think it was the representation of Mr. Ber ******** in the direct acceptance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann nichts schlechtes sagen, mir wurde in der Werkstatt sofort geholfen sodass ich weiterfahren konnte und einen Termin für die Reparatur habe ich auch gleich bekommen.
Can't say anything bad, I was helped immediately in the workshop so I could continue driving and I was given an appointment for the repair right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 Stern für das Auto das mir sehr gefiel und ich unbedingt brauchte. 0 Sterne für den Verkauf. Bin einen anderen Service gewohnt von einem anderen VW Händler. Auto hat 15.000 eur gekostet! Nichts rein gar nichts haben wir dazu bekommen. Weder einen kleinen Preisnachlass oder wenigstens das nächste Service dazu. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Woanders wäre man uns sicher entgegen gekommen oder irgendwas dazu angeboten!Wie damals in Wels der VW Händler! Da bekamen wir das kleine Service dazu , einen Blumenstrauß und noch einen kleinen Preisnachlass!! Das nenne ich KUNDENSERVICE! Mein nächstes Auto kaufe ich wieder in Wels oder sonstwo aber nicht mehr beim Esthofer!!
1 star for the car that I liked very much and that I absolutely needed. 0 stars for sale. I'm used to a different service from another VW dealer. Car cost 15,000 eur! We got nothing, absolutely nothing. Neither a small discount or at least the next service. Am very disappointed. Somewhere else we would certainly have been met or offered something! Like the VW dealer in Wels back then! Then we got the small service, a bouquet of flowers and a small discount! That's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'll buy my next car again in Wels or anywhere else but no longer at the Esthofer !!
