★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe angerufen, über Abschleppdienst etwas zu Fragen. Gerade wenn ich angefangen habe, meine Frage zu erklären, hat mir diese Mitarbeiterin gesagt (ziemlich genervt) dass sie "andere Kunden hat und dass sie mich später anrufen wird". Sie hat nie angerufen.
Es ist mir völlig klar, dass sie nicht verpflichtet sind, mein Auto zu reparieren oder abschleppen. Es gibt andere bessere Kunden die mehr bezahlen werden für die einfachere Reparaturen (Ölwechsel und Bremscheiben und änliches "süßes Geld"...) und das ist ok. Aber dann sagen Sie einfach "leider haben wir keine Kapaziteten für Sie, SUCHEN SIE ANDERE WERKSTATT". Einfach unprofessionell.
I called to ask about a towing service. Just when I started to explain my question, this employee told me (quite annoyed) that she "has other customers and that she will call me later". She never called.
It is perfectly clear to me that they are under no obligation to repair or tow my car. There are other better customers who will pay more for the easier repairs (oil changes and brake discs and similar "sweet money" ...) and that's ok. But then just say "unfortunately we don't have the capacity for you, LOOK FOR ANOTHER WORKSHOP". Simply unprofessional.

Friendly employees, damage was assessed, the offer was made at short notice, the repair was completed on the agreed date, and the costs charged corresponded to the previously made offer.
