R	Richard Böhm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warten auf Godot. Immer mindestens 2 Stunden Wartezeit. Die unfreundliche Vorzimmerdame macht es einem auch nicht leichter. Waiting for Godot. Always wait at least 2 hours. The unfriendly antechamber does not make it easier either.

Ridiculous I drove there for 45 minutes and had an appointment and had to wait 2 hours. What do I need an appointment organization for then!

M	Mario Valenta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Termin war um 0900, nach 2Std Wartezeit verließ ich die Ordination aus Beklemmung. Trotzdem würde meine Karte bebucht. Auf Bitte meinerseits die Leistung (die nicht erbracht wurde) zu stornieren um einen anderen Arzt besuchen zu können, würde dies verneint. Das nennt man hippokratischen Eid. Geht nur um die Kohle!! 15min Termine bei einem Psychiater einzuteilen zeigt davon. Würde abraten!!!! My appointment was at 0900, after waiting 2 hours I left the ordination out of anxiety. Still my card would be booked. At my request to cancel the service (which was not provided) in order to be able to visit another doctor, this would be denied. This is called the Hippocratic Oath. It's all about the coal !! Scheduling appointments with a psychiatrist for 15 minutes shows that. Would advise against !!!!
S	Stephanie Lenzbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Arzt ist okay. Praxisorganisation katastrophal. Wartezeiten trotz Termin immer von durchschnittlich zwei Stunden. (Meine längste Wartezeit war bislang 3 einhalb Stunden - dann wurde ich heimgeschickt weil die Ordinationshelferin meinte es würde noch eine Zeit lang dauern und ich könne am nächsten Tag verlässlich dazwischen geschoben werden. Am nächsten Tag habe ich nochmals zwei Stunden gewartet weil mir dort eine zweite Ordinationshelferin gesagt hatte es wäre auf keinen Fall möglich jemand dazwischen zu schieben). Die Ordinationshelferin sind allgemein echt unfreundlich. Zwei mal wurde mir bereits vergessen ein Termin von Seiten der Praxis abzusagen (Ordination war einmal spontan auf Urlaub und einmal wurde einfach früher zugesperrt) Inzwischen gibt es auch nur einmal in der Woche nachmittags Termine, was für Berufstätige echt schwierig zu organisieren ist, nachdem man ja schon weiß, dass man sehr viel Zeit für den Termin einplanen muss. The doctor is okay. Practice organization catastrophic. Waiting times of two hours on average, despite the appointment. (My longest waiting time was 3 and a half hours so far - then I was sent home because the ordination assistant thought it would take a while and I could be reliably put in between the next day. The next day I waited another two hours because there was a second one Ordination helper had said it would not be possible to push anyone in between). The ordination assistants are generally really unfriendly. Two times I was already forgotten to cancel an appointment on the part of the practice (ordination was spontaneously on vacation and once was simply locked earlier) In the meantime there are only appointments once a week in the afternoon, which is really difficult for professionals to organize, since you already know that you have to plan a lot of time for the appointment.
M	Marianne Eichhorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Böhm ist ein sehr kompetenter Psychiater. Er zwingt den Patienten nicht, Medikamente zu nehmen. Er hat über lange Zeit akzeptiert, dass ich homöopathische Mittel genommen habe. Wartezeiten sind verbesserungsfähig ... Bessere Organisation notwendig! Dr Böhm is a very competent psychiatrist. It doesn't force the patient to take medication. For a long time he has accepted that I was taking homeopathic medicines. Waiting times can be improved ... Better organization necessary!
T	Tiger N_I_F_R Imeri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste meine Meinung revidieren...die Empfangsdamen haben sich die Kritik zu Herzen genommen und sehr viel verbessert...ich fühlte mich viel aufgehobener beim eigentlichen Termin und finde auch, dass Herr Dr. Böhm ein top Arzt ist. Er vertraut dem Patienten und doch blickt er hinter die Kulissen. Ich bin froh, dass er alles mit einem durchgeht aber gleichzeitig auch nicht seine Meinung der Medikation aufzwingt sondern mich als Patient und mein Wohlbefinden ernst nimmt. Had to revise my opinion ... the receptionists took the criticism to heart and improved it a lot ... I felt much more cared for at the actual appointment and also think that Dr. Böhm is a top doctor. He trusts the patient and yet he looks behind the scenes. I am glad that he goes through everything with you but at the same time does not force his opinion on the medication but takes me as a patient and my well-being seriously.

I drove there for 40 minutes, then I and my wife had to wait 2 to 3 hours, despite the appointment. Then you go to the doctor, who doesn't listen to you. 5 minutes and only prescribe medication.
