a	anne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noch nie so ein Inkompetenten Arzt erlebt. Ich rate jeden ab dahinzugehen, es geht einen danach nur schlechter. Macht nicht den gleichen Fehler und geht dort hin. Never seen such an incompetent doctor. I advise everyone from going there, it only makes you worse afterwards. Don't make the same mistake and go there.

Angefangen bei der Terminvereinbarung, über das Erstgespräch mit der überaus kompetenten und einfühlsamen Psychologin, bis hin zum Gespräch mit dem Arzt, habe ich mich immer wohlgefühlt. Auch die neuerliche Terminvereinbarung funktionierte unaufgeregt und schnell. Also von mir eindeutig Daumen nach oben! Well, it was my first time in the ordination and I can only report the best. Starting with making an appointment, through the first conversation with the extremely competent and sensitive psychologist, to talking to the doctor, I always felt comfortable. The new appointment arrangement also worked calmly and quickly. So clearly thumbs up from me!

Lächerlich einfach glaubt er ist was besseres sollte sich selber mal untersuchen lassen bin mir sicher das da was nicht stimmt ??? Never again!!!! "Unvaccinated people are associal" his words are not mine. Ridiculously simple, he thinks he is something better should have himself examined, I'm sure there is something wrong ???
A	Admiral Spyro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Ich war und bin wirklich froh den Dr Kriechbaum als Psychiater zu haben. Er hat mir sehr geholfen und ist ungemein kompetent. Die Wartezeiten sind völlig normal für einen Kassenarzt. Mitten in der Innenstadt gibt es nichts besseres, außer man möchte zum Privatarzt. Da ist wohl der österreichische Bürger verwöhnt mit dem Gesundheitssystem und beschwert sich wenn es nicht perfekt abläuft. In der Ordination ist halt oft viel los, viele Menschen brauchen Hilfe. Dann wartet man 45min - 1,5 std trotz Termin, völlig normal. Dafür kann man auch bei akuten Problemen ohne Termin drankommen, wenn es nicht anders geht. Das ist eine Arztpraxis, kein Friseur. I don't understand the bad reviews. I was and am really happy to have Dr Kriechbaum as a psychiatrist. He has helped me a lot and is extremely competent. The waiting times are completely normal for a health insurance doctor. In the middle of the city center there is nothing better, unless you want to see a private doctor. The Austrian citizen is probably spoiled with the health system and complains when it doesn't work perfectly. There is often a lot going on in the ordination, many people need help. Then you wait 45 minutes - 1.5 hours despite the appointment, completely normal. But you can also get in touch with acute problems without an appointment, if there is no other way. This is a doctor's office, not a hairdresser.

Wenn man während der Wartezeit steht und nicht sitzt wird man der Praxis verwiesen!!! Falls sie einen Arzt suchen der um sie besorgt ist und sich ihrer Leiden gewissenhaft und sorgfältig annimmt sollten sie sich ihrer Gesundheit zu liebe weiter umschauen!!! Unfortunately you can not give 0 stars! This doctor is an enemy of human rights !!! If you stand and not sit during the waiting time, you will be referred to the practice !!! If you are looking for a doctor who is concerned about you and who takes care of your ailments conscientiously and carefully, you should keep looking around for the sake of your health!
S	Stephanie Brandauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die ersten Treffen mit Dr. Kriechbaum waren etwas kurz und ich war unsicher, ob er mein Problem/meine Symptome ernst nimmt. Und ja, er verschreibt schnell Antidepressiva. ABER: nachdem ich nun mehrere Treffen mit ihm hatte, schätze ich ihn als Arzt sehr! Er sieht Antidepressiva nicht als Dauerlösung und fördert mit gezielten Fragen die Eigenverantwortung im Heilungsprozess. Ja, seine Aussagen mögen manchmal spitz und direkt sein, aber sie zeigen klar, dass ein Psychiater kein Zauberer ist und dass es ihm um die Besserung der Patient:innen geht. The first meetings with Dr. Kriechbaum were a bit short and I wasn't sure if he was taking my problem / symptoms seriously. And yes, he is quick to prescribe antidepressants. BUT: now that I have had several meetings with him, I really appreciate him as a doctor! He does not see antidepressants as a permanent solution and promotes personal responsibility in the healing process with specific questions. Yes, his statements may be pointed and direct at times, but they clearly show that a psychiatrist is not a magician and that his aim is to improve the patient.
A	Astrid Trummer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war extrem überfordert, da ich in einer tiefen Depression steckte, aber es noch nicht wahrhaben wollte. Die Abfertigung im Vorfeld ist für psychisch Kranke und belastete Menschen sehr fragwürdig. Ich konnte mich nicht gut konzentrieren und musste bei 2 Sachen nachfragen, was mit Augenrollen beantwortet wurde. Die Psychologin, die mich im Vorfeld befragt hat, war sehr nett, aber das wars auch schon an Positivem. Nach insgesamt 3,5 Std Wartezeit trotz Termin wurde ich ins Zimmer zum ihm gerufen (nachdem ich allen Patienten im Vorfeld zuhören konnte, da die Türe null Schall dämpft). Nun der Kracher: ich war 12 Minuten im Behandlungszimmer, wovon er 6 Minuten wegen seines Umbaus zuhause am Handy telefoniert hat. Ich wurde lächerlich gemacht, nicht ernst genommen und mit 2 starken Antidepressiva nach Hause geschickt. Die darauffolgenden Termine waren ähnlich traumatisierend. Ich würde am liebsten gegen ihn juristisch vorgehen. Fazit: Wer sich nur ein 1000tel eines Quentchens wert ist, geht nicht zu ihm. I was extremely overwhelmed because I was in a deep depression, but didn't want to admit it yet. The clearance in advance is very questionable for mentally ill and stressed people. I couldn't concentrate well and had to ask about 2 things, which was answered with eye rolls. The psychologist who interviewed me beforehand was very nice, but that's about it on the positive side. After a total of 3.5 hours of waiting despite an appointment, I was called into his room (after I had been able to listen to all the patients in advance, as the door does not dampen any sound). Now the big thing: I was in the treatment room for 12 minutes, of which he spent 6 minutes on his cell phone at home because of his renovations. I was ridiculed, disregarded and sent home with 2 strong antidepressants. Subsequent appointments were similarly traumatizing. I would like to take legal action against him. Conclusion: If you're only worth a 1000th of a penny, you won't go to him.
k	krishna chaitanya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars (i would give him if i could ) . Absolutely bad experience. I went to him, god knows why, and he handled my case in the worst way possible. He is so unprofessional and prescribed me anti depressents high doses and sleeping pills when my problem was completly different. In June 2018 I had a burn out at work. Then they took me to this guy and without any medical examinations he just concluded that its epilepsy. He put me through wrong medication which made my health even more worst. Then I went to LKH neurology dept and was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. This doctor did prescribe me 2 tests, MRI and ECG but the results, he dint even have a look. He gave the envelop unopened directly to me and said the facility told him that there is nothing. He did not have a second look. Such bad experience. If I was in my home country I would sue him for what he put me through. Absolutely NO. If you want to have a better treatment either go to LKH or a private good doctor first. This guy is just bogus.
