★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 3 nights in an 'intimate room' and really enjoyed our stay.
I slept very well thanks to one of the comfiest beds I've slept on in a long time and the air conditioning which was very effective and was easy to operate and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. It was also nice to have a window that was able to be fully opened and blackout curtains which kept the room completely dark, even during the day, if you want to spend a longer time in bed in the morning!
The toilet is in a separate room to the rest of the bathroom in your room and I would have preferred it if this had all been in one room as is more typical, although this wasn't really a big issue. One part of the room I liked less is that the bathroom had a frosted glass sliding door. Although it wasn't fully transparent, you could see through it partly and this reduced privacy and could have been avoided by just having a normal door.
On arrival, I felt the room and bathroom could also have been cleaned a little better. While it wasn't unclean and did feel generally modern and fresh, there were a number of areas that didn't appear to have been wiped particularly well, such as the sink and the surfaces and desk in the room. The soundproofing of the room was mostly good and you couldn't hear and TV noise or voices, but it could have been improved as you could still hear doors banging at times. With that being said, it's something which I think is quite important and it didn't impact my stay really.
Despite these points, the stay was very nice and the style of the rooms was exactly what we were looking for - fresh and modern. They had a Scandinavian feel to them and it was great to have a kettle and fridge in the room and the free mini bar with Almdudler, water, wine and a beer was a nice gesture. The TV also had a huge range of channels in a couple of languages (e.g. English, German, French and Italian).
Overall, I was impressed and would recommend and definitely consider staying here again if visiting Vienna!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are not clean! I just checked in and the counters are dirty, sink in the bathroom is dirty, there’s a mug that was not washed I can smell and see that someone just finished drinking coffee init ,doesn’t look like the towels were changed either and body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty and not refilled. Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I spent two nights at Wood. There is no front desk and no staff present, which is an interesting concept. The online check-in procedure went smoothly. However, I was not a big fan of having to submit vulnerable information such as my passport number through an online form.
This hotel is located rather conveniently near Vienna's Westbahnhof in an ever so slightly dodgy area. I felt safe as I was with my boyfriend, but solo travelers might find the mildly sleazy bars and their patrons in the hotel's vicinity a bit intimidating. Our deluxe terrace room was clearly quite new and clean, except for a crumb on the floor here and there and a few smudges on the windows. We found every amenity we could possibly want: a coffee machine, a microwave, a minibar, tableware, and - much to my delight - kitten shaped candy. Each product was sustainably sourced, which is a huge plus for us. We enjoyed the complimentary shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and body lotion. The only thing that was missing was hand soap for the sink and some sort of shelf in the shower on which to put products - we had to just put them on the floor, which was a tiny bit inconvenient. My personal highlight was the bathroom mirror, which featured a demisting option, several different lighting modes, and even a bluetooth audio connection for your favorite shower playlist. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I recommend giving it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed sheets had blood! Even the pillows... it was everywhere, and only after many calls we could finally...be sent to another room to get new bed sheets from there. Lack of personal can not always be that convinient. The room was pretty and comfortable though, and the free snacks and drinks very appreciated, also very good location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the easy check-in process and the very detailed information I got before arriving. The room was nice, good size for one person, modern with free snacks. BUT: I wanted to check-in earlier which was not possible, in fact I had to check in one hour later than the booking details said. I asked for a quiet room 2 weeks ago when I booked the room and I was only told at my arrival, that I will get a very noisy room facing the main city road in Vienna. And they even moved me into another room on short notice on an even lower level. Dear Numa Vienna team: get professional real fast, otherwise you are going to be a hotel only for people of the night, not business travellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst experience I've ever had. I am leaving this hotel it is 22:45 with my pregnant wife to another hotel because they REFUSES TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER ROOM. The room is very hot and they don’t want to turn on the A/C, they tell me to open the window but it is impossible to sleep with the traffic because the window faces the main avenue. VERY BAD ATTENTION, DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the way it looks in the photo. modern and new. but upon arrival it turned out to be of terrible quality, like from ikea, only the design is beautiful. it was not clean and most importantly the mattress and pillows were like cotton wool. you just sink into soft wool, terribly. the area is far from the center and dangerous. the code is suitable both from the main entrance and to the private room. for an hour of my stay and from refusing to bring at least firmer pillows, they charged me 85 euros. I moved out an hour after checking in without touching anything. I don’t recommend
