★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super schnelle (nicht mal 1 Tag, also wirklich schnell) und professionelle Reparatur meines Dolphin E10. Sollte dieser Roboter wieder was haben, würde ich das auf jeden Fall gerne wieder hier machen lassen!
 Super fast (not even 1 day, so really fast) and professional repair of my Dolphin E10. Should this robot have anything again, I would definitely like to have it done here again!

Mein Notebook wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden noch am selben Tag repariert.
Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben auch all meine Fragen geduldig beantwortet und mich im Bezug auf Datensicherung und nächstem Notebook-Kauf ausführlich beraten.

Habe das Teil selbst zerlegt um zu sehen was defekt ist,
leider elektronisches Teil, bzw Motor. defekt.
Von 4 angefragten Firmen nur hier schnelle Rückantwort und ein fairer Vorschlag das Teil zu schicken um ein kostenloses Rep.-Angebot zu machen. Von Zodiac bekommt man nur die gesamte Motorbox um 401,- + Vers. geliefert!
Diese Firma hat mir den Robi für 280,- repariert, und innerhalb einer Woche hatte ich das Teil wieder. TOP. Danke.

I disassembled the part myself to see what is defective,
unfortunately electronic part or motor. malfunction.
From 4 requested companies only here quick response and a fair suggestion to send the part to make a free repair offer. From Zodiac you only get the entire motor box for 401, - + vers.!
This company repaired the Robi for me for 280, - and within a week I had the part back. TOP. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Zodiac Poolroboter war kaputt. Der "standartmäßige" Austausch der Antriebseinheit kostet beim "netten" Zodiachändler 400,- + Arbeit+ Steuer. Nach telefonischer Absprache betr. Fehlerbeschreibung wurde ein kaputter ( zu viel Strom) ziehender Pumpenmotor ( allerdings noch laufend ) diagnostiziert. Ich habe den Poolroboter verpackt, nach Klagenfurt gesendet, kurzer Rückruf betr, Kosten. 1 Woche später habe ich den Roboter wieder super funktionierend erhallten. Ich möchte hier bemerken, das da Burschen arbeiten die noch "Bauteile " durchmesssen, Bauteile reparieren können, ( Elektromotoren neu Lagern/ Kohlen tauschen/Anker-Kollektoren abdrehen.....) Also tatsächlich noch was reparieren und nicht einfach nur Teile tauschen....Ganz großer Daumen nach oben. Es wäre schön würde es mehrere solcher Firmen in Österreich geben............Absolut empfehlenswert, ich bin sehr zufrieden.
My Zodiac pool cleaning robot was broken. The "standard" exchange of the drive unit costs 400, - + labor + tax at the "nice" Zodia dealer. After discussing the error description over the phone, a broken (too much current) drawing pump motor (but still running) was diagnosed. I packed the pool robot, sent it to Klagenfurt, briefly recalled the costs. 1 week later I got the robot working again perfectly. I would like to note here that there are guys who are still working who can still measure "components", repair components (new electric motors, bearings / exchange coals / turn off armature collectors .....) So actually repair something and not just replace parts. ... Big thumbs up. It would be nice if there were several such companies in Austria ............ Highly recommended, I am very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei meinem 10 Jahre alten Laptop wurde die Festplatte ausgetauscht und auf den neuesten Stand aufgesetzt. Noch dazu konnten alle meine wichtigen Dateien (vieles vom Verein) gerettet werden. War sehr erleichtert. Top Beratung ebenso auch die günstige Reparaturkosten. Bevor ein neuer Laptop gekauft wird, lasst Euch von ihm beraten. Es zahlt sich aus.
The hard drive of my 10 year old laptop was replaced and updated. In addition, all my important files (a lot from the association) could be saved. I was very relieved. Top advice as well as the cheap repair costs. Before buying a new laptop, let him advise you. It pays off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Zodiac Poolroboter 4WD funktionierte nicht mehr... fuhr nicht mehr los.
Kurzer Anruf, mir wurde der vermutete Fehler mitgeteilt, der ungefähre Reparaturpreis ebenso.
Nach dem Versand erhielt ich am nächsten (!!) Tag nicht nur eine Empfangsbestätigung, ebenso einen verbindlichen, kostenlosen Kostenvoranschlag.
Auf mein ok hin dauerte es nur knapp eine Woche, bis meinen Roboter repariert und tadellos funktionierend wieder bei mir eintraf.
Respekt!! Immer wieder gerne!
My Zodiac pool cleaning robot 4WD stopped working ... didn't start.
Short call, I was informed of the suspected fault, as well as the approximate repair price.
After shipping, I received not only a confirmation of receipt on the next (!!) day, but also a binding, free cost estimate.
When I was ok, it only took a week for my robot to get back to me, repaired and working perfectly.
Respect!! Always my pleasure!

Die Preise sind wie ich finde sehr fair! Werde meine defekten elektro Geräte sehr wahrscheinlich nur noch dort reparieren lassen.
