C	Carina Meister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger weg von Mag. Hofer Ich kann jedem nur von der Zusammenarbeit mit Hr. Mag. Hofer abraten. Ich habe 2012 eine Wohnung gekauft und Hr. Mag. Hofer wurde vom Bauträger beauftragt. Der Grundbucheintrag dauerte unglaubliche 5 Jahre. Informationen Warum? Wieso? Weshalb? die Angelegenheit so lange dauert gab es nur auf mehrmaligen Nachdruck und Androhung eines Rechtsanwaltes. Zwischendurch wurde meine Wohnung dann mit Belastung im Grundbuch vermerkt weil das "anscheinend" günstiger bei den Eintragungsgebühren kommt obwohl die Wohnung schuldenfrei gekauft wurde. Der Grundbucheintrag ist mittlerweile erfolgt aber ich habe lt. meinem Anwalt immer noch nicht alle Unterlagen erhalten und werde mittlerweile seit 2012 immer wieder vertröstet. Hr. Mag. Hofer ist ganz offensichtlich nie erreichbar und zu beschäftigt um zurück zurufen. Wer seine Nerven schonen möchte und zusätzliche Kosten für einen Anwalt vermeiden will sollte sich lieber an einen kompetenteren Notar wenden. Ich möchte aber noch erwähnen das die Damen im Sekretariat sehr freundlich sind und daher einen Stern verdient haben. Stay away from Mag. Hofer I can only recommend everyone from working with Mr. Mag. Advise against Hofer. I bought an apartment in 2012 and Mr. Mag. Hofer was commissioned by the developer. The land register entry lasted an incredible 5 years. Information Why? How so? Why? the matter lasted so long, there was only repeated pressure and threats from a lawyer. In between my apartment was then noted in the land register with a charge because the "apparently" comes cheaper with the registration fees although the apartment was bought debt free. The land register entry has now been made but according to my lawyer I have still not received all the documents and have been put off since 2012. Mr. Mag. Hofer is obviously never available and too busy to call back. If you want to spare your nerves and avoid additional costs for a lawyer, you should rather contact a more competent notary. But I would like to mention that the ladies in the secretariat are very friendly and therefore deserve a star.
