Seit über 15 Jahren arbeite ich selbst mit Anwälten und Notaren zusammen aber so etwas ist mir in meiner ganzen Laufbahn noch nicht untergekommen. Als Gerichtskommissäre in der Verlagssache meines Vaters ist dieses Unternehmen für uns tätig geworden. Anfangs noch recht freundlich hat sich das Blatt schnell gewendet und ich habe E-Mails erhalten, die ich einfach nur als rotzfrech bezeichnen kann. Es wurden uns Unterlagen vorgelegt die offensichtlich von den Gerichtskommissären nicht genügend oder überhaupt nicht geprüft wurden, mein Schriftverkehr dazu wurde meistens einfach ignoriert. Dokumente, die so offensichtlich falsch waren, dass mir schlecht wird, wurden mehr als nur einmal anerkannt und an uns übersandt. Des Weiteren war es uns aufgrund von COVID-19 leider nicht möglich zu dem genannten Termin zu erscheinen, da wir aus dem Ausland anreisen mussten. Unsere Bitte um Terminverlegung wurde einfach nur mit einer unfreundlichen Antwort abgewiesen. Heutzutage und vor allem in Zeiten wie diesen sollte es doch wohl möglich sein an einem solchen Termin online teilzunehmen. Dieses Notariat ist scheinbar noch nicht im derzeitigen Jahrhundert angekommen. Absolut enttäuscht und wütend über den Ton und die Umgangsweise die wir erfahren mussten, vor allem wenn es um den Tod eines Angehörigen geht. Wir können dieses Notariat definitiv nicht empfehlen. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I've been working with lawyers and notaries myself for over 15 years, but I've never come across anything like this in my entire career. This company acted for us as court commissioners in my father's publishing matter. At first it was quite friendly, the tide quickly turned and I received emails that I can only describe as snotty. We were presented with documents that were obviously not checked sufficiently or not at all by the court commissioners, my correspondence was mostly simply ignored. Documents that were so obviously wrong that I feel sick have been accepted and sent to us more than once. Furthermore, due to COVID-19, it was unfortunately not possible for us to appear on the date mentioned because we had to travel from abroad. Our request to reschedule was simply rejected with an unfriendly answer. Nowadays, and especially in times like these, it should be possible to attend such an appointment online. This notary's office has apparently not yet arrived in the current century. Absolutely disappointed and angry about the tone and manner of dealing with us, especially when it comes to the death of a loved one. We definitely cannot recommend this notary's office.
