Vor allem die übers Jahr organisierten Feste sind sehr zu empfehlen :) Really good beer or really good beers, varied varieties with something for everyone. Especially the festivals organized throughout the year are highly recommended :)

Konnte die Biere im Kulinarium (Vulkanland Sektmanufaktur) verkosten. Absolut empfehlenswert! Unusual, creative beer styles. Exciting change from conventional, traditional beers. Could taste the beers in the Kulinarium (Vulkanland Sektmanufaktur). Highly Recommended!

P	Peter Landrichter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Privatmeinungen sind wahrscheinlich schwer zu verdauen, vor allem, wenn sie nicht so positiv ausfallen. War letzte Woche in Riegersburg und hab mir von der Brauerei ein ProBierpaket mitgenommen, also einfach alle Sorten und dann wieder weg. Eines vorweg, wer auf Citra oder Citrusgeschmack steht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. kurze Einzelkritik: NoomLight: schmeckt eigentlich wie ein Sodazitron, ist nur um einiges teurer; Jam Passion (Sour IPA mit Passionsfrucht) nun sauer stimmt, die Süße einer Passionsfrucht ist für mich nicht erkennbar. In Summe schmeckt das für mich wie das light nur halt mit Alkohol, Cosmic Lager würde ich sogar nochmal trinken, mother earth, da habe ich schon stimmigere Pale Ales getrunken. kim barrel ist ein interessanter Versuch, und eines, eigentlich das einzige Bier, das nicht nur nach Säure schmeckt. Berliner Weiße mit Ribiseln, die Farbe ist wirklich toll, aber auch hier überwiegt eigentlich die Säure und ich denke wieder an an SoZi. Wie gesagt, meine Meinung, für Freunde von starker Säure im Bier allerdings wahrscheinlich ein Mekka Ergänzung nach der Antwort von Noom: 1. habe ich alle erhältlichen Biere mitgenommen, siehe auch meine Einleitung, also nicht nur die Sauerbiere. 2. In meiner Rezension schreibe ich insgesamt über 6 Sorten davon und nicht nur über 3. warum soll ich nicht probieren und dann meine Meinung schreiben? Oder wollt ihr einfach nur positives Feed Back? Personal opinions are likely to be hard to digest, especially if they are not so positive. Was in Riegersburg last week and took a sample pack from the brewery, so just all sorts and then away again. First of all, if you are into citra or citrus flavor, you are in very good hands here. short individual review: NoomLight: actually tastes like a sodacite, is just a lot more expensive; Jam Passion (Sour IPA with passion fruit) is now sour, the sweetness of a passion fruit is not recognizable to me. All in all, it tastes like the light for me, only with alcohol, I would even drink Cosmic Lager again, mother earth, I have already drank more harmonious pale ales. kim barrel is an interesting attempt, and one, actually the only beer that doesn't just taste like acid. Berlin white with currants, the color is really great, but here, too, the acidity actually predominates and I'm thinking of SoZi again. As I said, my opinion, for friends of strong acidity in beer, however, probably a Mecca Addition after Noom's answer: 1. I took all available beers with me, see also my introduction, so not only the sour beers. 2. In my review I write a total of 6 types of it and not just 3. Why shouldn't I try it and then write my opinion? Or do you just want positive feedback?

Führung war informativ und kurzweilig, persönliches Highlight ist der herzige Hund! Kommen nächstes Jahr für Holunder spontan wieder :) Very good beers! Especially the Cosmic Lager and Berliner Weisse with currants were very tasty. The tour was informative and entertaining, the hearty dog is a personal highlight! Will come back spontaneously next year for elderberries :)
