Nun ein wenig zu den Bieren, die ich naturgemäß nach meinen Geschmacksnerven beurteilen will. Uhudler Bier: nicht so ganz meines, zwar ein interessanter Geschmack, wird aber nicht mein Favorit :-) Das gilt auch für das Hanfbier. Bio Zwickl: nun da war ich froh, dass ich da mehrere mitgenommen habe. Das erste hat mich eigentlich nicht überzeugt. Ein paar Tage später war ich allerdings über mein Ersturteil selbst überrascht. Schmeckt rund, erfrischt und kann wirklich was. Allerdings empfehle ich zum Einschenken ein größeres Glas als die 0,3. da sonst die Wartezeit auf die unfiltrierten Reste aufgrund doch expansiver Schaumentwicklung eine Herausforderung darstellt. Rosenbier: hier gilt ähnliches (bis auf den Schaum). Hat mich beim ersten mal etwas ratlos zurück gelassen, bei der 2. Runde gibt's aber eindeutig mehr Punkte. In der Mitte für mich das Spargelbier, würde ich aber ung'schaut nochmals trinken, wenn ich wieder eines hätte. Viel Spaß beim Weiterbrauen und Danke nochmals Before I go into detail, thank you very much for the special service on the holiday! Now a little about the beers that I naturally want to judge by my taste buds. Uhudler beer: not exactly mine, an interesting taste, but not going to be my favorite :-) That also applies to the hemp beer. Bio Zwickl: now I was glad that I took several with me. The first one didn't really convince me. A few days later, however, I was surprised by my first judgment myself. Tastes round, refreshed and can really do something. However, I recommend a larger glass than the 0.3 for pouring. otherwise the waiting time for the unfiltered leftovers is a challenge due to the expansive foam development. Rose beer: the same applies here (except for the foam). Left me a little perplexed the first time, but the second round clearly gives me more points. In the middle the asparagus beer for me, but I would drink it again if I had another one. Have fun brewing and thank you again
