Ideal location for skiing. Ski in - ski out. Heated shoe dryer/storage is really comfortable. Rooms are clean, beds are great, the staff is kind. The kitchen is really good, dishes are beautiful to the eyes and delicious. Sauna and wellness is correct. Diving tub is missing in the sauna Little thing, in our room the lighting was poor for reading.

Hi. I recently went on a trip to Austria to visit some friends and go skiing. We chose to spend our days in the Hotel NockResort, which is located right next to the Ski-track, a perfect location. If the snow is good, you can basically put on your ski right outside their ski cellar and slide down the hill to the nearest lift. The hotel in general is great! It has a very modern design and is overall very clean. The rooms are spacious and comforting and provide anything you need in terms of bathroom, storage, TV, wifi, etc. The food served in the hotel is of top quality, including a breakfast buffet that doesn't vary much, but already includes a great choice of egg, bacon, sausages, bread, cheeses and different types of spreads, with some additional sweet snacks, fruit salads and more. I can't say much about the lunch, since we spend our days eating on the tracks. The dinner is fantastic! Great quality food is served, with varying menus each evening, including vegetarian choices and fish. Two times a week a dinner buffet is opened, I wish they did this more often. The Spa is nice, very large, including two saunas, a steam bath, a swimming pool, a heated pool and large silent areas. Despite it being very nice and relaxing, it is somewhat loud between 4-5pm, due to children playing in the pool. After 5pm it becomes quiet and very relaxing. Overall I had an amazing holiday, a lot of fun on track, at the hotel bar, and relaxation in the Spa. Top, I will definitely go there again!

Stayed here for a week. Hotel is fine, location is fine, rooms are fine, facilities are fine. Food in the restaurant is fine, drinks selection in the bar is good. A few of the staff are really really nice and service oriented. However, some of the staff was so rude that we won't be coming back anytime soon. We (a group of 8, 4 adults & 4 kids) have never tried being scolded by a bartender for not waiting in the bar while she prepared the drinks. Nor have we experienced a waiter say to the wives in the group that "if your husbands really loved you, they wouldn't bring you to a place like this". Finally, a member of the staff made our son cry for popping a balloon - at a children's party. Looking at all the other reviews, we may just have been really really unlucky. Go figure...

Very noisy outside, is a partyhotel, not a 4 star relaxhotel

Very nice hotel in with a good start for awesome hiking tours. The hotel itself offers actually a lot for everyone: indoor pools (very clean), sauna area, massage, Kids Entertainment,... But to be honest: when you're here in this area you will actually Always be hiking anyways The food is really good, a little too fancy for my tastes specially if you sit there in the family dining room where it gets very loud... The fancy dishes seem a little out of place. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff seems a little unorganized. Also, I had a pretty good laugh when there is some fancy "duck" dish on the menu and the waiter serves it with "here is your quack quack". That may seem a little inappropriate got some people, me, for my part, I enjoyed the contrast between extremely fancy and on the other hand extremly casual. Rooms are clean but could use a little more dust cleaning. But again: since we always went out for hikes we mostly "just" slept there so we didn't care that much. For us it was perfect. Overall: a very good stay. Massage was great btw.

It seems to be 4 star hotel, is however old, and is not a luxury hotel, is a partyhotel with extremely lot of noise till 24.00 in the night, outside on the premises , if you want to enjoy your holiday, do NOT go to Nockresort !!!

Great ski holiday @Nockresort! Lovely relaxing place and ideal location for skiing (also with younger kids), especially because of the ski in & ski out facility as well as the location next to the ski school. The hotel and rooms have a very nice comforting ambiance and great friendly staff that do their utmost to have a pleasant and relax stay (for both parents and kids; entertainment for kids is superb!). Regarding the food; lunch options are a bit poor but breakfast and dinner options as well as the quality are very good, Absolutely worth going there!

We had a really good time as a group of three families with little children ages 3 to 6. Food and service was amazing, also having the kid's club makes life a lot easier. Spa is wonderful and makes evenings really pleasant after a day of skiing. The room as spacious and the view really charming. We'd definitely recommend the place and would like to go back!
