Very heavy Austrian cuisine, consisting of just meat and potatoes and extremely salty. Nice spa area and swimming pool. Decent room but very small bathroom for a suite family of three. Fantastic and magnificent is the place for skiing and walking.

And the location is smack in the middle of one of the slopes. Which means that you simply put on your skies and can start. The food was.... beyond excellent with varied menus and a great selection for breakfast.

I do not even know what to mention first - excelent position where we were able to ski directly from the hotel to both sides of the resort, or the posibility to come with the dog (and also excelent possibilities to walk the dog in near surroundings) or the wellness area with 5 saunas and really good space to relax after that...no, I know - the best part was the hospitality, the menu, the extension to the halfboard with the daily soup, the Christmas cookies being always available, the cosy loby bar with the tree and fireplace. The Christmas dinner was a treat! We were four friends staying here and we immensly enjoyed our stay, hearfully recommend it and we certainly plan to come back one day. PS: Skiresort is also a hidden gem - really long and wide skislopes, I did not expect that.

The only thing is that during the breakfast it should be permanently observed as if some food finished (like scrumbled eggs or sausage) it takes definitely too much time to fill it out again. The service is nice, people are friendly and not too much imposing the service - what I like. We liked very much saunarium with different saunas and our children swimming pool and relax area. What is more, the Bad Kleinkircheim resort and ski area surprised us in a positive sense! For last 8 years we were visiting Italy but the slopes here and the quietness on the pistes were a very good difference - perhaps some due to pandemics. Only some infrastructure is too old and needs to be replaced quickly - then you will have an excellent ski area. We visited also Turrauer Hoche nearby and there, the infrastructure is excellent. We were with pleasure using additional services and drinks in the hotel and we are interested to re-visit it during the summer (as we like hiking a lot!). Overall very nice experience :)
B	Borjan Nanus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great small hotel, makes one feel warm and at home. Food is excellent, dinner is fine dine style. There is a spa as well with plenty of options and a semi-outdoor warm pool. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Will come back for sure!
