Warum ich hier nur 3 Sterne gebe: Wie in vielen Pflegeheimen gibt es hier massive Überforderung (wenig Unterhaltung, Physiotherapeut gestrichen, somit geht auch kaum jemand mit Gehschwachen, vor allem in Urlaubs und Krankheitszeiten unterbesetzt und die Bewohner müssen teilweise schon um 16:00 ins Bett). Ich kenn ja ähnliche Probleme aus meinem Zivildienst in einem anderen Heim vor vielen Jahren, deshalb weiß ich auch, dass man das Problem kaum den einzelnen Pflegern zuschreiben kann und man kann auch nicht jedem Bewohner einen Pfleger zuteilen. Da müsste sich was am System generell ändern.
Employees all tried and friendly. Why I only give 3 stars here: As in many nursing homes, there is massive overstrain (little entertainment, physiotherapist deleted, so hardly anyone with walking difficulties, especially understaffed during vacation and sick times, and the residents sometimes have to leave at 4:00 p.m. Bed). I know of similar problems from my community service in another home many years ago, so I also know that the problem can hardly be attributed to the individual caregivers and you cannot assign a carer to every resident. Something about the system would have to change in general.
