Vom Ersatzteilverkauf bis zur Serviceannahme und Spenglerei nur freundliche und nette Mitarbeiter, nur die Dame an der Kassa vermittelte den Eindruck Sie sei etwas Besseres. Gerne wieder. Es wurde behauptet, dass bei meinen Nissan Qashqai ECM und BCM kaputt war, sogar Kabelstamm und Kanbus defekt ist. 4 Monaten haben nichts entdeckt, dann wurde gesagt, dass um Kabelstamm zu prüfen das Auto muss komplett zerlegt werden,was ich selbstverständlich nicht erlaubt habe. Habe das Auto unrepariert geholt und zu Allradzentrum Wr. NEUSTADT (auch Nissan Werkstatt und Händler) hat aber das Auto repariert, es war eine Einspritzdüse und Abgassensor defekt. Dort war alles schnell und unkompliziert erledigt. Wr. Neustadt ist nicht weit von Wien,man wird aber dort nicht belogen wie im Nissan Laaberg. Ich habe verlangt, dass die defekte BCM ins Auto abgelegt sein soll bevor das Auto von ÖAMTC nach Wr. NEUSTADT abgeschleppt wird. Mitarbeiter haben gelogen, dass die „defekte“ Teile im Auto liegen und sogar mich per E-Mail überzeugt, dass ÖAMTC Mitarbeiter Bescheid um der Teil wissen. Obwohl das nicht der Fall war. Öamtc Mitarbeiter wurden dann von mir unrecht beschuldigt. Erst paar Tage nachher wurde ich per Mail verständigt, dass BCM doch noch immer in der Werkstatt liegt. Workshop is really not recommended. I requested that the defective BCM should be placed in the car before the car was transported from ÖAMTC to Wr. NEUSTADT is towed. Employees lied that the "defective" parts were in the car and even convinced me by email that ÖAMTC employees knew about the part. Although that wasn't the case. Öamtc employees were then wrongly accused by me. Only a few days later I was informed by email that BCM is still in the workshop.
B	Bart Konstantinu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nissans inkompetenteste Werkstatt! Nach Besichtigung des Fahrzeugs hat der Service trotz eindeutiger Symptome (sic!) keine Probleme festgestellt. Nach erneuter Inspektion durch eine unabhängige Fachwerkstatt: Motorkopf undicht, Einspritzdüse undicht. Schwungrad plus Kupplung für Mülleimer. Danke Nissan Service! Nicht mehr weiter zu empfehlen!
